would give zero stars if possible. As others have noted, many times we have also not received things ordered. Typically fries.... But the wait here is horrendous. Note to anyone still wanting to go here. If you have others with you, have someone actuallygo inside to see if there is a line, since the car line can be insane. If you are in the car lane, and it is not moving,consider ordering online. Sadly, it took us over 30 minutes to order one breakfast meal, then another 10 minutes before gettingit. We witnessed a few people go inside, only to come back out quickly and drive off. Not sure if the issue here is shortstaffing or just quality of workers. Read more
They have a sign for Adult Happy Meal at the drive thru. When we ordered one they said they don't sell them at this location. I... informed them they have a sign advertising Adult Happy Meals politely. They said they were aware the sign is up, and they don'tsell the Adult Happy Meals at this location (at all). Strange. One of the worst in terms of providing the correct order whether for pick-up or delivery. Just received my Uber Eats order and... it was missing the large fries from the double cheeseburger meal? and all the things they nickel and dime you on (i.e., lemons$0.09/ea., condiments $0.09/ea., etc.) were also missing. If it?s not about missing items or an incorrect order, you?re waiting18+ mins for your order on site. How is this ?value? or ?fast? food? Read more
Awful supervisor,so ugly,rude,demeaning,disgraceful.over buy fries that they did not have on receipt andafterxwaiting 30 mins to... get. Would not sell to us. Employed at this place were very polite but she said we could not purchase unless we went back thrufor another 30 to 40 mins. And refused to talk to us made window guy ( polite) to tell us it was corporate that said we couldnot buy fries that they missed. Feel sorry for guy at window I know he caught hell. Read more
Evidently no one from McDonald's corp reads the reviews about this place. I understand it's lunch so I won't even complain about... the wait. I get my food there is no straw for my drink and my Quarter pounder deluxe was thrown together with a huge glob ofmayo on top of the bun, on one side of the sandwich and the meat hanging on with a wing and a prayer. I understand if you don'tlike your job but could someone prepare the meals like they would want their meals prepared.
