This location is very hit and miss. I always mobile order and go 1-2 times a week or more sometimes. It can be ready in 5... minutes or 25 minutes. Consistency is lacking with drinks in terms of flavor and getting your bakery items. Some great staff,some with attitudes/do not seem to care. Had issues with missing bakery item today which is not uncommon. It is the closest onefor me so I put up with it. Read more
Great neighborhood SB with a drive thru? it opened with great service, surviving the dark days of Covid. However, current wait... times are extremely long ,especially with mobile orders. Find a comfortable seat , it will be a minute ! Read more
Wow! Awesome Starbucks. I'm very picky. Super friendly and competent McKenzie and Richard baristas in the house. They made my... visit extra friendly, yummy and enjoyable. Excellent Wi-Fi. Great location. Clean bathrooms. Appears to be newer modernconstruction. Highly recommend. Read more
I really love this place and the people who work there! Today they made my coffee so perfectly that I literally went from tired... to happish lol I was so happy ???? but I always love getting coffee here! Everyone is so sweet! They some times makes mistakesbut everyone is human, and they're very quick to fix it! They're just the best! ???? I love getting to leave good reviewsthey're the best lol! They made my drink wrong this morning, and it tasted awful. I never have them remake anything but had to with this one. Barista... looked at the label and instead of remaking it correctly, he simply added two pumps of cane sugar that I had requested andhanded it back to us. Well, that solved nothing as the drink was made wrong to begin with, either missing an ingredient or usedthe wrong amount of something. So that's the level of customer service you can expect here. I?ve waited a few months before even giving a review. When I first moved into this area March 2021 service and the drinks were... awesome! Now here currently since February 2022 all drinks has taken a dump- well all my favs anyways (iced latte, iced coffee,and strawberry refresher). As of today I received a watered down iced coffee which looks as if nothing but almond milk and icewere in it with barely any coffee (same thing occurred on Friday) today is it for me. I will not be returning to this locationever again.. this location alone will ruin the great reputation that starbucks has. If you?re a coffee drinker as myself youwant to actually taste the coffee. Update 10/1/2022: I have since returned and baristas have improved.. no issues with my drinkthis wknd. Hope they continue to fix drinks perfect as they had before. Update 10/14/2022: I finally gave up. I ordered an Icedcoffee with splash of almond milk and when I got it it was so ?milky? I had to go inside and have them remake it. My buddyCalvin remakes it and even he looks at it as if something was off. I took a sip and boom it was milky/watery tasting. He saidsomeone may have used too much ice when they made the coffee and apologized for the inconvenience. He gave me a Cold Brewinstead but that was horribly strong. I ended up with no drink, such a wasted trip out of the house. Called Starbucks customerservice and got refunded. I will not returning. Thanks Calvin for your superior customer service!
