Great service hot fresh food.... haven't got fresh hot food like this from a taco bell on my side of town in a long time

Visited the location at 6501 Centrailia Rd Chesterfield Va at 9:00pm. I ordered 1 mexican pizza combo 1 steak quesadilla combo... (dbl grilled) and 2 nacho fries. When I drove thru I was told a total over $30 so I checked before card was entered thateverything was correct. I was told it was, so I gave my card. After receiving the receipt I see that all my items were there andalso a $6.99 double grilled burrito. So I point out the mistake and handed back over my receipt and was then given that $6.99amount back. I received my food and left. I wish I had asked for receipt back bc when I get home there are like 3 quesadillas,the burrito I didn?t order and my Mexican pizza. NO NACHO FRIES. I would have rather received my correct order with the 2 nachofries than all this extra stuff that I didn?t even order. It was a manager who took my order and she really should slow down abit and just listen when customers are ordering bc she was cutting me off half way through every sentence at the speaker. Watch your receipt. Sunday hard tacos are supposed to be $1.29 and we were charged the regular price. Got it corrected but how... many other people didn't catch it? Also the drive thru was very slow. Read more

The last 2 times we have been the order has been incorrect. Ingredients are left out. The fiesta veggie burrito is missing the... rice, chesse blend and fiesta strips. They also gave us the wrong food. Employees need better training. Guess I will go back tothe one on Jeff Davis. Read more

I ordered 4 burritos with ONLY beans + rice and y?all put cheese & jalapeño sauce on them. All 4 of them are ruined.

I come to this bell occasionally. Every time I come something is wrong with my order... but I usually catch it before I get to... far and they replace it hastily and free of charge(as they should) On this occasion I was greeted with a mild tone and then whenI made specific request to my order the tone changed to hostile attitude. (I?m allergic to one one the menu items in my $5 boxand I requested an exchange for an item that was of equal price) Her response ?you can?t exchange two dessert items, but you canhave one of the nachos with either salsa, cheese, or guacamole? I ended up adding the chips and salsa... I get to my destinationAND PART OF THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG! Simply put, this experience was dissatisfying... I won?t be coming here again. Read more

Ordered nachos fries and a crunch wrap supreme. Received no side of nacho sauce with my fries and there was NO MEAT in my... crunch wrap... just a few shreds of lettuce and a couple pieces of tomato. I called the location & the manager told me to comeback so they could replace my meal. The manager told me to come into the store vs using the drive through. When I entered thestore.. I was ignored for a couple minutes by several employees who saw me standing at the counter. An employee finallyacknowledged me when I told them I was there for a replacement crunch wrap. Even with the new item.. it was messy and hardlyput together with any sort of care, even knowing it was a replacement for an unhappy customer.
