I placed two smoothie orders around 7 PM on 8/28/22 via the Tropical Smoothie app. Upon arrival, it was not clear if this cafe... was open, even though they were open online. There was a sign posted on the door that ?We aren?t serving Food today. Sorry forthe inconvenience. -management.? The open sign was also off. I called the cafe to see if they were open, but the employee insidedid not answer. Based on this, I left without any smoothies and reached out via the app about my recent visit and received alackluster response from the operations manager as if this was my fault. In the future, maybe make it more clear that the cafeis open. For example, stating that while the cafe is not serving food today, we are taking smoothie orders. We apologize for theinconvenience. This clarification would help since most people come to tropical smoothie for?.smoothies. Also, encourage youremployees to answer the phone especially when the cafe is not busy. Read more
So 2 different people of a different race, who happened to be the same race as the employees working in the store, came in and... ordered after me but got their smoothies and left before me. Is that a coincidence? Read more
Staff was nice. However I just don't think the amount if food you get is worth the price. They need to get some fryers in there... some fried dishes etc to go with those expensive smoothies. Read more
I love this tropical smoothie cafe location. It is the best they always get you your food quiz and right, They do not have the... best parking but overall it is good. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. Read more
This is the only Tropical Smoothie in the area that makes a great lunch and smoothie. The Chester, Busy Street, Westchester and... Commonwealth 20 locations leave me underwhelmed with messy wraps and bland smoothies. I come here at least once a week forlunch, sometimes twice. The same ladies have been working here forever and are always friendly. They know me by name and Idon't even have to say it when I walk in. They just bring my food right out when they see me. Guess you could say I'm a bit of aregular. They deserve a raise or at least a tip option, both in store and on the app like some other locations offer. Keep upthe great work because it doesn't go unnoticed. I highly recommend this location! Read more
You can come and get a healthy meal and not have to worry about what you can and can not eat. The service is usually ok but... sometimes it can be slow. And since it is a popular spot the lines can sometimes be long. The smoothies are great! Read more
I'm really disspointed, especially considering this was a splurge for me, I have noy had the money to spend on things like a $7... smoothie lately. My order was 1 smoothie substituting Splenda. I got an overly-chuncky mess that was hard to drink through thestraw. And for the bigger problem: there was no splenda!!!! I didn't even feel like turning around to go back.
