I'm being nice in my rating because the people we're nice. Here we go. I did a mobile order to be ready at 5 p.m. was in line... across at Kroger. I made it to Wendy's at 4:58 exactly got to the ???? door why was it locked. So I had to go thru the drivethru which was long. Ok 5 cars ahead of me get to the window the young man was nice was like can you pull up where cooking thechicken. Ok I pull up by the rail like he asked 5:26 just getting my food. The lady was nice who brought the food. As I waited Isaw 5 cars of teenagers coming towards they too disappointed. They went to the Mexican restaurant next door. Word of advice tosave people who have things to do and places to be not having to wait an extra 26 minutes. Could've had on the app drive thruonly I would've went to the one further down. If you?re going to go to a Wendy?s in the Chester area, go to THIS ONE. The other one is a hard no. At this location, not only... is the food good, but the people are kind and friendly. They don?t make up stories about being out of stuff and they are alwaysopen during their posted hours (unlike the other location). I highly recommend this Wendy?s! If you respect YOUR time, DO NOT GO HERE. Witnessed a girl quit and run out crying, I don't blame her considering the doofuses... she was working around that we had to encounter when getting our money back. We waited 45 minutes at A WENDY'S and couldn't evenwalk away with our order. These people lack respect, and need to learn. How can people like this survive in life when they can'tsuccessfully create a Wendy's order in 45 minutes! Not going back here. Read more
Sat in drive thru twice for 10+min each just to get the wrong thing not once but twice. Got my son a nugget meal and I got a... bacon double stack with ketchup and mayo. They young man at the window who?s handling money repeats my order to me gets the lastitem (burger) and places it in the bag. Hands it to me I drive away from the window open my bag and see that the burger iscompletely wrong only has lettuce and onion. I pull back to the drive thru only to be told to pull around. Inside isn?t open at830 to quickly remedy the mistake. I then get to the window and get an attitude from a young woman who barely looks older thanmy son. Another more polite young lady repeats my burger order to me as the other ruder lady goes to make my correct sandwich.Assuming this time it is right I pull off again. I then realized the attempt to correct the order fell short of the mark. Nobacon on the burger and I dang sure won?t be eating something made by someone with an attitude.
