Absolutely spectacular gem hidden in a small place! A personal feel with amazing food quality. Our party had the fall menu, with... lobster bisque (although it was so light and fluffy, with such tender lobster, it puts others\' to shame), pozole, pumpkingnocchi, and a cheese board. The drinks were delicious and creative. You can tell this isn\'t a pretentious place--the chefs letthe food speak for itself. The service is top notch. Read more
We dined at Coppia last night and had an excellent meal. These chefs are outstanding and innovative and I appreciate the flavors... they are combining and seek to bring out in each dish. You can tell ingredients are a first priority- you reap what you sow!Everything was superb, the lobster bisque was simply the best bisque I have eaten, the salmon and gnocchi were great, I\"ve runout of superlatives but my cold app with beets, goat cheese and arugula was great too! Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in NE Ohio. Chef Talia (not only an awesome chef, but also rocks it at... cocktails) and Chef Hedy are brilliant artists with their food. Everything is cooked to perfection. Service is outstanding. Thisis the kind of place you go for a relaxed, fantastic meal.
