Absolutely spectacular gem hidden in a small place! A personal feel with amazing food quality. Our party had the fall menu, with... lobster bisque (although it was so light and fluffy, with such tender lobster, it puts others\' to shame), pozole, pumpkingnocchi, and a cheese board. We dined at Coppia last night and had an excellent meal. These chefs are outstanding and innovative and I appreciate the flavors... they are combining and seek to bring out in each dish. You can tell ingredients are a first priority- you reap what you sow!Everything was superb, the lobster bisque was simply the best bisque I have eaten, the salmon and gnocchi were great, I\"ve runout of superlatives but my cold app with beets, goat cheese and arugula was great too! Congratulations again to these two youngchefs. We are lucky they are located about 15 minutes away, but the restaurant is worth the drive from anywhere. Read more

Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in NE Ohio. Chef Talia (not only an awesome chef, but also rocks it at... cocktails) and Chef Hedy are brilliant artists with their food. Everything is cooked to perfection. Service is outstanding. Thisis the kind of place you go for a relaxed, fantastic meal. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! Everything we were served was perfection - from the hand crafted cocktails to... the steak you could cut with a butter knife. One of the best meals ever! Emailed Coppia to see if they could do a special chef\'s menu for my wife\'s birthday. They happily... obliged and set up a wonderful six course meal. Every dish was just fantastic. The red snapper over hummus with chermoula wasthe best fish dish I ever had. Large portions, well thought-out, and perfectly prepared. I appreciate the chefs coming out todescribe each dish. At the end they both came out of the kitchen to bid us farewell. What a wonderful meal with wonderfulpeople. I asked Chef Talia to surprise me for Sunday brunch because I didn’t know what I wanted. She did just that It was my first... experience having eggs Benedict and it was amazing it was made from the freshest ingredients and tasted amazing. My wife andchildren were very happy with their meals also. The atmosphere was so relaxed it was nice with music in the background withouthindering conversation.
