I went in about 10-15 minutes ago and ordered 3 bacon English Muffins. The Lady even double checked and said "3 bacon english... muffins" before putting in the order on the machine. Which also said "3 bacon english muffins" but. We got 3 bacon and eggerburgers. Read more

Had to change my stars it's getting worse oct 26 breakfast was $7.97, nov 3 $8.28, nov 4 $9.52 and the price on the menu is... $7.09 + tax $7.44 so in a week you've changed your price 3 times in a week and 2 days in a row that's pretty bad Read more

I cannot understand what is happening at Chestermere A&W. It's almost as though they are going out of their way to get orders... wrong. 2 weeks ago I wanted a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich. I thought it was obvious that this would be on an Englishmuffin - as this is what is shown on the online menu. My husband came home with a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on ahamburger bun. What the hell. Having it on the bun proved unpleasant and as a result I didn't eat it. Today I sent my husbandout again, this time with very specific instructions he could not mess up - a sausage and cheese sandwich on an English muffin.He came home with not one, but 2 sandwiches that were JUST egg!!! I?m beyond done with this A&W. When you order its suppose to show on the screen no? Why do i never see it. I order the plainest... of burger?s. And you some how manage to do the exact opposite of what i order. This has been multiple times I?ve came back andgot a new burger. This time? I tossed it right in the trash where it belongs. You guys who worked on June 28th 2022 at2.45pm Need to seriously take some listening classes. It?s disgusting what i got served. Seriously looks like extraeverything. This is one of the nicest A&W in the Chestermere Calgary area. It's super clean and always looks spick and span. Service here is... usually within 3-5 mins and usually quicker through the driver through. It's situated in a strip mall just off the road andeasily accessible. Staffs are always nice. Read more

I ordered the Mushroom Mozzarella Burger ???? but it wasn?t what I expected after having a couple bites, not as juicy as the... papa burger. I went back inside and told them I wanted the papa burger and they were understanding and apologetic. I appreciatethe great service. Thank you! Read more
