Hella salty parmesan cheese on my BBQ chicken. Made it torture to eat.
Two occasions now I have ordered bbq chicken and have received what tastes like a Mediterranean. It says on the website the... pizza should be chicken, bbq sauce and red onions. Honestly avoid this place if you can , this is our second time ordering in two week and it?s the second time something was... forgotten when it was delivered . First time all our dips we paid for were not delivered , we decided to give them a secondchance and ordered again this evening and this time our medium stuffed crust pizza as well as the marinara sauce was forgotten .Now we have to spend the next little while trying to get the money back for the missed items . Update ** we have been toldsomeone will call us back which they still haven?t , we also can?t get through to anyone now to get a refund . Ordered a 3 meat treat pizza, cheese pizza, and some side dishes. When the order came there were four pizzas. Asked why and she... said she repeated the order when she just asked only what the sauces we wanted were. Manager tried blaming us when it was washis staffs own wrong doing. Tried refusing to give a refund but demanded it. Then tried giving store credit but just simplywanted money back. Finally got a cash refund and dropped the money on the counter. Asked for Extra Well Done on my pizza and wings as my family likes their food and meats cooked well. A common problem with a lot... of pizza places where the staff just don?t care for clients special instructions. Will never order here again. Decided to orderagain June 29th, hoping to have a better experience. Pizza so undercooked the cheese wasn?t even melted! Why are you guys insuch a rush to put out pizza !? If you can?t handle orders during Covid, how will you ever cope when things are fullyopen? Listen to your clients! Wednesday July 09 I went to get a large meat lover with crazy garlic bread sticks, the lady asked me if I wanted my meat lover... deep dish. I said yes. Never told me if I wanted a second pizza.
