This is THE place for traditional Lebanese cuisine. Fabulous service offered by a locally owned family who takes pride in their... craft. Outstanding food and friendly atmosphere mere minutes from Calgary and Strathmore. You have got to eat here!!! Iespecially recommend the Lamb Wrap with their in-house tahini sauce, lamb is grilled to perfection then mountains of wonderfulfresh veggies are piled on with some hot sauce (for me but not the wife) and their garlic sweet sauce. Pita King is a tasty little restaurant! I would recommend it, if you are looking to try some Lebanese cuisine. There is... something for everyone--vegan, vegetarian, or meat eaters. This place is also halal, so caters to many dietaryrestrictions. The service here really stands out. The employees/owners are so proud of their little restaurant and servingtheir customers, it shows. Service with a smile, and even helpful suggestions! Our party tried: falafel, donair, shawarma,garlic fries, salads and baklava! They have wraps, which are done in Pita and saj, platters with garlic sauce, and your choiceof fries or salad. I attached some photos of the menu--check it out sometime soon.
