I went in and ordered a cafe mocha and a french vanilla powder mix. They put in my order, charged my Tim's card and then told me... they had no hot drinks since the machine was being cleaned. I said that if fine, I will just take the french powder mix and thecashier cancelled the entire order and redid it. The original transaction already charged my tim's card and when I asked for arefund onto the card, the cashier looked at me blankly. After I tried to explain again that my tim card balance is now $0 fromthe original transaction that was cancelled, the cashier kept saying "yes, yes". I was not happy at this point and had to askfor manager to finish the transaction. They advised me that the manager had just left and another employee came to try and help.She was able to figure out where my balance went on my card and instead just charged me for $4 which was close to the remainingbalance. Overall, Disorganized and unknowledgeable service Which is consistent with most experiences at this location. Read more

This Tim's location is always busy. The drive through is two lanes and definitely get priority but I usually find it's still... faster to go inside. The staff are nice enough bit this is definitely a location to get in and out of rather than sit and enjoyI find. Read more

We were a group of 7 people who went in and we were welcomed with an "oh god" by one employee followed by a lot of staring by... the staff. Did not feel welcomed. The drinks were very messy with drinks spilling over the edges. Tables were dirty. I wouldsuggest go to a different location. Read more

Used to be a great business in Chestermere over the years you can tell the owner does not care about who he hires as drive thru... workers don?t care about their jobs. I stopped coming here, every time I go there they have no donuts no muffins no soup. Therewas one time I couldn?t even get a tea ?supposedly? and even another time where I politely asked they make my ice coffee againcause it tasted bad and the blonde (assistant manager) was super rude. I?m currently looking for employment and have consideredreaching out to the owner to hire me for a manager position as I would have this business back on track in a month. Other thenthe odd picture online of him with a customer buying lots of something he doesn?t bother to check in on his business and how hisemployees are doing. Read more

They truly make you feel very rushed. I barely feel like I have enough time to grab the coffee they are handing me before being... rushed away. I do not care if there is a "quota", this Tim's is always busy either way! Read more

Used to have fast service and had an issue only once in 15 years with an order. Recently service is slow and person at the... drivethrough seems to be overwhelmed. Today was the worse as it took 18 minutes to get my order of a single drink atdrive-through. Done with this place. Read more

One of the most busiest tim-hortons I have visited. Even though the staff was busy with drive-in orders, the walk-in customers... were not ignored. Everyone's order was taken care well. Maybe with small confusions here and there but overall a great place tograb a bite and coffee. Food was fresh and quantity was good. The orders were managed well. Crowded due to weekend but not bad.Great experience altogether. Don't expect a lot and don't get disappointed for small issues and mistakes. Enjoy the coffee andgo ahead. Read more
