Pizza reliably Domino?s as expected, but above average at this location is the limited times the order has been wrong or slow.... Once a product was missing and it was frustrating to only find this out at the door. However, almost all orders have been fast,hot, and as ordered. That?s above average for pizza delivery! Read more

Ordered some food for delivery. The delivery guy went to the wrong building and rang the doorbell. And when no one answered, he... went back to the restaurant. According to the app, his name was Jason. I get that it can be difficult to find an apartment orhouse when delivering but why in your right mind would you not call the phone number provided if no one is opening the door?There?s a reason that a phone number is required when placing the order. If you?re having difficulty finding the place or areunsure if you?re at the right address, common sense would be to call the customer. When they say ?common sense is not so common?they are not kidding. Nonetheless, I?m new to Chesterton and this was my first time trying to order from this restaurant. In a time when everyone is short staffed and customers seem to complain a lot, I wanted to leave a positive review. This... Chesterton, Indiana dominos store met and exceeded my expectations. My food arrived fast, perfectly cooked, and allinstructions were followed completely. My food was so piping hot, that it was hard to handle upon delivery. I will reccomendthis chain and specific location to anyone who will listen. Since I ordered contactless delivery online, I only know the name ofmy delivery driver, John. I'm sure more people were responsible for taking my online order, making the food, bagging every item,and delivery, but I just want to tell the whole team that I am very pleased and I would like to thank you all. We tried to call in Re order but the phones ????would not stop ringing even when I got to the store they rang over an hour... that's bad. Very confusing with ordering we received a little plastic card in the mail that said $2.99 for a medium Pizza and $2for additional toppings so I had ordered one of those with two toppings it came out to like 899 my wife ordered one with twotoppings and it came out to $8.99 so our total bill was like $19.42 then we got home and we seen a commercial on TV that saidyou can pick up two medium two topping pizzas for $6.99 in the store or you can have them delivered for $7.99 very confusing butthe pizza was good Read more
My kids enjoy the basic cheese pizza from Dominos, so I order it regularly. It is a basic, no-frills cheese-only pizza that... never seems to disappoint young people. In the past we have ordered stuffed cheesy bread, marbled cookie brownies, and breadbites, and they have always been pretty good. Today I ordered chicken alfredo for my daughter. I opened the container to seethat there was barely enough food to cover the bottom. There was actually a spot where the bottom was visible. Definitely notworth $7.99. I called and they said they would give me credit for another one the next time we order. After that, I opened myorder of wings. I bought two boxes of (10) garlic parmesan and two boxes of (10) habanero. Each box was $12.99 each. PEOPLE, DONOT BUY THE WINGS!!! Not only are they tiny, they are also super fatty. I took a picture with the cup of dipping sauce next tothe wings so you can see how tiny they are. This was hands-down the worse wings I've ever had. Every bite I spit out fat. Verydisappointed. I am not going to call back a second time. I have no desire to have them replaced because I never want to eat themagain. That was nasty!!! I love Domino's it's one of my favorite pizzas in terms of quality for the price. This particular Domino's is not too bad it... always looks clean but it's been hit and miss a little bit lately with my orders but I would likely attribute it to staffingissues. Read more
