Donuts are super small. A 1/2 dozen box can fit 8 donuts, so donuts slide around and get ruined with only 6. Asked for cold brew... black, the cold brew was regular coffee made iced. Read more

Overall the work environment is very toxic and the management is terrible. They don?t train their new workers, they just have... them do the same thing everyday (either cashing people out at the drive thru or organizing donuts). You think I?m lying? Just goahead and apply and see for yourself. If you do something wrong, they either yell at you or talk to you in a very condescendingtone. One of the ?managers? bullied me throughout my shift. She said to me in a very rude condescending tone ?if a customerwants cream on the side then you give them cream on the side.? I was very confused because none of the customers had told methat they wanted cream on the side. Also, if you?re feeling sick they won?t let you go home because you need someone to coveryour shift and ?you?re not experiencing any symptoms.? If I cough in a customer?s food, will that be enough to let me go home?Obviously I had enough so I walked out. For the sake of your sanity, don?t work there. With every Dunkin' being different, as in the employees make or break a store. This one is good, customer service is fast and... friendly. It's a small store so they get backed up quickly. Nothing to extreme. Would recommend a revisit. Read more
I get it, many places are short staffed, over worked, underpaid. I truly think this location would benefit from organization. 1... person dedicated to online orders and making coffee 1 person running drive through and ..... 1 person taking inside orders andhelping fill to go orders.
