Got an extra topping I didn't order. Under staffed, so dining in was not an option.
Order of a stuffed crust was disappointing, it was at best an undercooked and understaffed. No offense to the workers/pizza... makers there who know not what they do. Cost are cut and management are told what to do, that's the skinny. Read more
Went to pick up my carry out but the lobby was closed. Then waited in the drive through line for literally 45 minutes before... someone even came to the window. I called nonstop for 20 minutes to ask for help but no one answered the phone, I even honkedand waved to get their attention but was completely ignored! There was also 5 cars behind me that I hope did not get the sametreatment, even though they were already waiting for 30+ minutes behind me! Ridiculous! Three people working and no one can pickup the phone or go to the drive through to check in with a customer who?s already paid? Completely ridiculous with no excuse forthis quality of service. This was my first time having Pizza Hut in a while and I was pretty disappointed. The cost was almost $50. Supreme pizza was... under cooked and the wings had the most miniscule amount of sauce. I get it's fast food pizza and no one wants to work anymorebut it's still disappointing. Deliveryy driver was very nice, that's about the only highlight. Read more
I called one hour before the time I was supposed to pick my pizzas up. An hour later I pulled in and they weren't ready. I think... they goofed up my order and gave me the wrong sauce on one pizza, so they had to go ahead and make it again, and I waited 20minutes. But they gave me three pizzas instead of the original two l ordered. Overall typical Pizza Hut quality. That's good, ifyou like Pizza Hut pizzas. Good stuff typical quality overall a fair experience. The staff is always friendly and professional. I've never had a bad meal from this place!
