God where can I start! This is by far the worst experienced and service I have got from all the Starbucks I have visited... national and international and you now it's always the same I keep trying to see and give them another opportunity just to seeif they get better but nope they never let me down alway bad!! Most of the time they are under staff and waits are long. Alwaysorder the same Cappuccino with almond milk and 2 stevias not wet . What I got 4 out of 5 a latte . Lots of milk ughh . This is not a big, cozy Starbucks, but it was exactly what I needed today. I got to town before everyone else and settled in at... one of the three tables to get some work done with a good coffee. The café is in a corner of a Jewel-Osco, and lots of grocerycustomers come in for a coffee before or after shopping. Friendly, simple setup. Read more
I'm not sure how it is possible or acceptable that this store was unable to provide hot coffee today, but I was not pleased.
