10-28-2022 1045pm Just left the hospital, tired and hungry. Pulled into the drive through, proceeded to place a large order to... take home for a family of 6. As I paused for a moment to try to see the sign, that wasn't lit up by the way, I hear the guy whomis taking my order say, "Slower than molasses" I said, I apologize for being so slow, to acknowledge that I heard him. Well Idecided if I'm that much of a burden, I said cancel the order and drove over to McDonald's spent 58.00, had amazing customerservice! I am saddened by this because, I usually rave about Wendy's service and food! Read more
Wish I could give them no stars. I?ve been here a YEAR and EVERY single time there?s a major problem , my mother in law already... warned me but I LOVE Wendy?s unfortunately not this one. My food has been over cooked and also raw how does that even happen ?Step it up. Read more
I ordered a salad, but they were too lazy to make one. They were too lazy to make the pretzel pub chicken sandwich. Then they... handed me cold old nasty fries. Disgusting. You should close earlier if you aren?t going to bother cooking anything fresh aftera certain time. Trash food and trash service. Read more
Worst fast food I ever had! Burger was completely dry and tasted like it sat out all day long, not even warm. Chicken nuggets... were soggy, fries were also soggy and cold! Wont be going back! Read more
Started off with, "We will only except exact change or card." Asked to reorder after I was told of the items they did not have.... Then asked to order from different employee. Fries were cold and stale. With only 1/2 of the Large was there. Hamburgers weremade wrong and cold. Chlie was cold. Very poor, very poor. One Star isn't low enough. Read more

The food was hot and fresh. The staff were all friendly including the kitchen staff who helped answer our questions about the... meal. Everything was delicious and we got everything we needed quickly and with a smile. We are part of the clean plate club atWendys!!! And they actually had baked potatoes ready!!! Read more
Waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged so we could place an order. They forgot one of our burgers and didn't tell us... they were out of lettuce until after they made it and gave it to us. Read more
