My aunt just opened the order of wings she picked up in person from this location and they are an embarrassment. They chicken... looks like pigeon wings. They are not dressed or seasoned as they used to be. The last two times she ordered them they wereslightly raw and one order had less than the number paid for. This location should be closed! STAY AWAY FROM THIS Bertucci's , Put me on hold for 30 plus minutes.(called in way home from Braintree, got to Restaurant, was... still on hold, even stood in restaurant) Manager doesn't care. Service Stinks. Been 2 plus years since i was in in 1 good takeout , one screwed up take out, and bad service last tuesday nite ,when we ate in and spent approx $60. Traveled 8 hours from VA to MA, ran out for essentials to this strip mall. Late lunch options were limited there, we didn’t... want to cook and we were tired of driving. Let’s hit Bertuccis for pizza! Well, we stated to the kids we weren’t cookingdinner either and may be ordering pizza for dinner, so everyone ended up with a pasta dish. Pasta was bland, chicken (primaveraand perm) were dry and not very flavorful. Overall, very blah. Wings were great! Canollis were delicious. $200+ bill later,still not sure how it got that high…. Came here with a few guests to enjoy the 40 years celebration of Bertucci’s being around after hearing about it everywhere.... When we arrived, it wasn’t very busy; however there was a 25 minute wait. Granted it only lasted about 15 minutes, it wassuper quick. When we were taken to our table, it was super dirty, along with the chairs. I’m not sure if it was the manager orassistant manager, but they wiped off the crumbs with their hands, and proceeded to sit us there at the dirty table. We got ourmenus, and the guy who seated us was very nice, informed us of a lot of what was going on that evening food wise. We waitedabout 10-15 minutes before we had our drinks and food ordered. Once ordered, our food came out within about 20 minutes, howeverone of my guests pasta was very cold. He asked them to heat it up, but when it was brought back it was still cold. Rather thanargue about it back and forth and risking the old “rude customer special” in his meal, we let it go. Our waiter didn’tcheck in about if our meals were good, if we needed anything, and we had to call over another waitress to get our check takencare of. It took another 10 minutes to get our receipt. Our waiter wasn’t very attentive to us, our needs, or the sanitaryneeds of his section. We love ordering takeout here for their Tuesday B1G1 pizza deal. They've added new special pizzas and most of them are pretty... good. Haven't really tried anything else since they're pretty expensive. Read more
A go-to place for fun, casual, family dinner. The menu changes sometimes, the rolls are a little smaller but still to die for..... hopefully the prices don’t creep up anymore… service is mostly dependable with some “off” nights like anyplace.. Still afavorite. Read more
