All the employees were high, took them 5 minutes to stop laughing and actually make my order

Poor service quality. Very stuck up, and not focused at work. Overall bad experience Edited: Turns out it was just the manager... that was rude and pushy. The other employees are great and very patient with every order. Read more

I ordered a croissant sandwich and a medium hot coffee with cream and sugar(reg. coffee) I requested NO EGG on the croissant.... While waiting for my order, one of the employees rushes by me and proceeds to go into the rest room... all I can hear is hervomiting in the rest room! Why is she at work sick!!! We are in a COVID-19 PANDEMIC.. hello! So I get my sandwich and coffeeback to my office... I take a bite of the sandwich, there's EGG on my croissant, it's burnt, and then..... there's no sugar inmy coffee! Worst experience ever! The staff is not very friendly either! Read more

The cashier was very sweet, however the manager got rude when the gift card I was using wouldn?t go through. I was a bit... surprised because the gift card was a gift and brand new, but I simply switched to my debit card without a fuss. The manager?sattitude was as though I tried to push the matter. Additionally I paid for a croissant sandwich and the sandwich had itemsmissing off of it. Read more

The worst Dunkins ever, I swear they mess my order up on purpose. Got a tea with sweet and low they forgot to add the sweet and... low. Had a bagel cream cheese on side when I get to my destination. Bagel not toasted and loaded with cream cheese, stay awayfrom there, they will ruin your morning. Read more

In general, Dunkin is fine. And I'm not the type to typically complain. But I have lived in Brighton for 5 years, and I have... never had a good experience here. The staff is rude, the coffee tastes sour, the lines are so long. Today, I was waiting 6minutes behind someone because she was chatting with the cashier. 5 years. I used to come to this location semi regularly untilI stopped after my second year. The past 3 years I would come in once a month, and I have been disappointed every time. Thestaff needs to learn basic manners & customer service. I don't ask for much. I just want coffee that doesn't taste sour, and toactually be helped instead of watching the employees chat it up with their friends who visit. Read more
