Have visited the Cheesecake Factory in Newton twice. Nice as always and great after shopping in the mall.
Guess what is missing in the picture. Answer: the BBQ sauce for the chicken! I asked the server who brought the food to bring... the sauce. The manager appeared instead and said "sorry we are out of the sauce." I said "you should have let me know that themenu is not available beforehand." The manager intimidatingly said "that's why I'm apologizing and there's nothing I can doabout it at this point. Which sauce would you have instead?" I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew I would be getting aplain-blend-unseasoned fried chicken. But I couldn't wait another 15-20 mins for new menu because I was with my 3 year olddaughter, who definitely wouldn't be happy waiting. So I just had it with some random sauce the manager brought, and theyapparently didn't get along well. My family dines here quite frequently, but once every so often, something weird like thishappens. Otherwise, it's the same Cheesecake Factory. Nice foods, nice atmosphere, and nice cakes. Read more
My wife and I were in Chestnut Hill and decided on Cheesecake Factory. It was about 5:00 pm and we got a nice table... immediately, Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. My wife ordered the sweet and spicy chicken and I got theShepard Pie. My meal was beyond delicious and my wife loved her meal. She tasted some of mine and I tried fond of hers. Sheloved mine and I loved hers! My Shepard Pie had the tastiest gravy I think I’ve ever had! It was dark, rich and full offlavor! It was life changing gravy! The time yo get our meals after ordering and receiving our food was longer than I wouldhave liked but the tasty food made up for it! The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was family friendly. We saw a lot ofparents with their kids. If we’re in the area again we’ll definitely go again!! Read more
One of our family go to place in Chestnut Hill, service and quality are always consistent. These days when food price has gone... up everywhere Cheesecake Factory I feel like I can get a decent meal at reasonable price and quality from here. I always orderThai Chicken Wrap. It’s my all time favorite, grilled chicken with lettuce, pickle cucumber, shredded carrots, bean sprouts,egg noodles, and 3 kinds of dipping sauce. Quite a big portion, it’s a satisfying meal. Also Miso Salmon with brown rice isalways a family favorite. Read more
Enjoyed my experience here. The front desk and wait staff were all very friendly, accommodating (we asked to be seated outside... the restaurant in the "open air" seating right at the edge of the mall), timely in bringing the food. Our waiter suggested thebreakfast tacos (pictured here) and they were very good! Read more
Went there with wife, and daughter who goes to BC. It is always a nice place for anyone to go and enjoy ! My jambalaya was good... , with chicken and shrimp , wish it would include some sausage and a little more sauce . My daughters chicken dish was verygood and my wife’s vegetarian entree was also very good! My Long Island Iced Tea was a little sweet and not very strong !Overall , a great place for family, dates and occasions ! Read more
I was very very satisfied with food and service! The food was very delicious and the server was very professional with good... sense! My son really liked the kids menu - Mac and Cheese. And he also enjoyed the bread while waiting for the plates. Very nicefamily restaurant! I've tried several Cheese Cake Factory, and here's the best branch for me!
