I?ve been here a few times now for fundraisers for my theater company and had a great time for each visit. I?ve tried a few... different things and it?s all been great so far, and my friends all seemed to enjoy what they got as well. I?ve been coming here for years. The birthday cake is arguably one of the best ice creams I?ve ever tasted in my entire life.... But I came back recently after moving out of town and was INCREDIBLY Annoyed and disappointed at the serving size now. Theycompletely changed it. And it?s more expensive now too?. Emmerling is a very popular shop in this region. I've only been here a few times, but the ice cream is simply delicious! Today,... I gave the peanut butter Oreo a try by ordering a full pint. First off, I noticed how awesome the prices are! For an entirepint of homemade ice cream, you only pay $4.50. That's competitive with the brands in the grocery store, which are massproduced. These pints are very high quality, though. The peanut butter has a very natural taste, and it's perfectly balanced insweetness and nuttiness. There are thick chunks of Oreos in here, too! Love it. Nice variety of rotating flavors (I'm lookingforward to trying the pineapple sorbet). *My only caveat would be that the Cappucino Crunch might not be made in house. I willdefinitely return to Emmerlings. It is now one of, if not my #1, favorite ice cram place. Competitive prices, great variety oftreats, and delicious flavors. Read more
