Five years ago I would have given this 5 stars but since the new owners took over, the place went downhill fast. They are now... constantly understaffed so wait times can stretch past 20 minutes. I am friends with many former staff and they all had the samecomplaint, being management. I think for this place to be as great as it once was, things will need to change. Read more

This is probably the 14th time I've gotten food poisoning from this place in the past 5 weeks from their breakfast items... I... don't go there for lunch or dinner so I'm not sure if other people get sick but I know it's the ones who are working the hotplate at the breakfast window who CANNOT UNDERSTAND FOOD COOKING TIMEs. Seriously... I've had to return items because the baconis visibly raw or undercooked, or the buns haven't been properly toasted as requested... and they SERIOUSLY DON;T CARE when youtry to complain - the only suggestion is, "we'll make you a new one"... NOT A GOOD RESPONSE... make it right the first time andyou wouldn't get bad reviews... seriously.. how hard is it to reheat a frozen sausage patty and an egg with a couple of slicesof bacon... I've worked at Tim Hortons in Calgary years ago and we NEVER flubbed an order.
