Went there Friday Oct 29th at 730am and was told they were changing the oil so couldnt get potato wedges so i didnt order. You... open at 630am to serve breakfast that chore should of been done before opening. Then i went there today Nov 3rd at 730am and NOTONE PERSON IN THE STORE. After i sat at the drive thru to order saying hello multiple times i pulled up to the window and honkedstill NOBODY. An employee came walking from across the street and opened the door i asked if anyone was in there her said yesbut you could clearly see all the in the restaurant and behind counter NOBODY. So i drove back through and an elderly man was atthe order speaker saying hello hello so me n him both drove around him to the window me on the side of his vehicle and theemployee who just walked in came to the window and told us we needed to go back around to order buy now its close to 10 mins ofjust circling your building. I just left without ordering. Its sad that in 6 days seperate days i couldnt get any breakfast. Read more
The staff was very friendly and attentive however when we came in to order at 12:00 the breakfast menu was still up and we had... to ask them to change it because we needed to see the menu to order. They were out of several items including Coke and severaldipping sauces. They also had the dining room garbage cans arranged in a way to block off most of the dining room which wasweird. That said- a new employee who was training came out to ask us how our meal was and that was nice and unexpected. Read more
Everything is always cold and/or burnt. They only have 1 frosty available at a time. Have seen workers without uniform multiple... times. Haven't had a decent experience in years. Read more
Burger was insanely dry and I'm guessing prepared quite awhile ago, fries were definitely not fresh, either. Combos were all... over $10! Did Wendy's recently increase prices everywhere or is it just this location? Lobby was straight out of 1990. Avoid. Read more
Poor management. I ordered a strawberry lemonade with no ice. He asked the GM, in front of me. Do he fill the cup up, since i... dont want ice. REALLY. At nearly 4 bucks. I pray you do fill my cup up. Literally waiting in line 20 to 30 minutes just to placean order in store. Daily!! Rude to customers. Never smile or greet anyone. Nuggets always OVER COOKED. So hard i can never enjoythem. Destroyed my top gums lol. Im over and done with Wendy's. Broke my heart and pocket. And never even gave a smile or hello. Read more
Bathroom smells like weed. Employees seem stoned. Food was made correctly, so I cannot be sure but it never tastes as good as... other Wendy's. I always go inside to order and it has taken a long time both times I've been here. I understand bad days happenso I never rate based on one visit but this place is consistent. Honestly it's places like this that make me wish I could makethis never show up on Google when I'm working nearby and select where to go based on a "food near me" search. Read more
!!!!! NOPE !!!!! If your not getting food during lunch or dinner rush... IT **WILL NOT** BE FRESH OR HOT!!!! You will be... angry you stopped and have to go back to this oddball configured parking lot Wendy's. For some reason they like to serve COLDfries all the time here so check them before you drive off... if they are not piping hot demand fresh fries and wait right thereat the window just to make them just as irritated... I don't like going during lunch rush because of the enormous wait times...we are talking over 30 min.. make sure your wearing comfortable shoes if you go inside.. your feet, ankles, calves, legs andhips will all go numb standing in line FOREVER....and make sure your gas tank is full so you don't get stuck in the parking lotLOL........oh yea how the heck can you mess up a "salad" really a salad one of the easiest things to make... really???... Thestaff is nice, they are just not trained on how to do things... shall we say "Fast" or "Efficiently or Expedient"..... the storeneeds to be trained and more staff hired on to work. A few positives, the parking lot is usually clean along with the inside ofthe restaurant but that's as far as it goes.... Do not use the restroom here unless you want to catch a disease or lose youlunch. I made today my last trip to this location for a long time... I got COLD fries and half cooked chicken... I went insideand the manager on duty gave me a hard time when they were the ones who just served me in the drive through... ugh.... WHY!!!!! Read more
Very long wait. Didn't receive all of order. What we got was incorrect. When we went back to get the rest, they messed that up... too. Burgers were dry and burnt. Ingredients missing. How is it even possible to mess it up this bad? THE ABSOLUTE WORSTWENDY'S. Read more
