Maggiano's atmosphere is always a pleasant delight. I have enjoyed many special events at the Washington D.C. location. My... recent dining experience with the server Judah a.k.a Yoda was fabulous!!!! He was very attentive, kind and efficient. I commendhis warmth and friendliness, those are great elements for good customer service. The food was okay, perhaps the menus needs tobe modernized just a little. Otherwise, good experience. My go to for a Great Time!! If you ever want great service, great food and good drinks... this is your go to. Management is... totally engaged with customers. Food is always good and fresh. Always a great environment. Never too loud and even when itsbusy, you always feel attended to. Cash is one the best bartenders there. Highly recommended???????? Read more
Some of the worst food I have ever had! I don’t know how you screw up something as simple as a baked penne. But they figured... it out. The sauce was grossly sweet and otherwise unseasoned. There were only a few little fragments of Italian sausage andbarely an cheese. Plus it took over an hour for delivery. Stay away. Enclosed is a photo of this sad sad meal. Read more
Delicious food, and the staff are smart! Staff here can remember large orders with many alterations, and the food still comes... out fast. I wish they had more non-alcoholic drink options, though. Also, the vibes in here are great! Lovely decor, lowlighting is good for a date. Try the 5$ take-home dinners! You can get your parking ticket validated here, there is a directelevator entrance from the parking garage. Highly recommended! Read more
I ordered the lobster carbonara… it’s something I’ve ordered it a few times at the location in a different city. This... first time ordering here. The pasta sauce has a very chalky, bitter taste, the lobster was chewy and flavorless and there wasnot the same amount of bacon. It just didn’t taste as good unfortunately. Read more
