I live 5 minutes from the restaurant and a delivery order of 2 pizzas took over an hour to arrive. It?s a chain pizza place so... it?s not like you?re judging with high standards to begin with, but sometimes you just want quick delivery of simple food, andthis place misses the mark unfortunately. I'd give it a 2.5 if that was a choice as this place is mediocre at best. This location has literally never gotten an order... right. If you pay for sauces or sides its 50/50 on whether you whether get them. One time we ordered 5 pizzas 1.5 hours fromclose and they called to ask if we meant to order that for tonight or if we meant it for the next day. It was odd and felt likethey just didn't want to do it. We finally ordered again last night for the new stuffed crust and I can't tell if the locationor Papa John's that's gone downhill. Small pizza was burned and looked thin crust (which we didn't order), none of the extrasauces, stuffed crust was ok though. We ordered contactless and no doorbell, they stood on the patio and knocked and woke up thekids. Just don't expect them to impress you, lower your expectations immediately. Read more
I always have such a great experience with this Papa John's. I order delivery from them all the time and I'm always happy. They... have really friendly drivers and my order is never missing anything, even down to the number of sauces. Online ordering is easyand convenient, especially if you create an account. You get rewards for ordering, which is awesome. The food itself is reallygood as well, I'm just really impressed with the ordering process and especially the delivery. Read more
This is my first time buying at Bethesda location and I was very disappointed because my food was over cooked, I used to buy... always at rockville pike location and I can said today that bethesda location do not deserve 5 stars, the may learn to don?tover cooked people food again. Read more
