The fish quality is pretty decent, very good value for money if you are here for basic sashimi. They don't put special fish on... the menu, so make sure you ask the waitress/waiter. But don't expect too many varieties of fish available. Read more

Well, it’s a bit weird. You can buy sushi by the oiece but your sashimi ones in a six pack. Clean and straight forward. We... saw some beautiful things come to the tables around us. Worth a drive? I can’t say yes. Fine if you are here? Absolutely Read more

We used to be regulars of Sushi Ko before the pandemic. We went back to dine in the restaurant for the first time since then... and were disappointed. Just not the same quality of food. The spicy tuna rolls weren’t spicy and didn’t have any flavor. The salmon crudo wasn’t cut thin and was clearly made ahead of time as it was overly cold and came out immediately. The spicytekka donburri was not spicy at all and lacked flavor. Luckily the nigiri was good but sad to say we don’t plan on becomingregulars again. Read more

We found Sushiko on Google Maps and decided this fits our goal of dining locally. The sushi and sashimi was some of the best... we’ve ever had. They presentation was appealing and each taste of sushi was slightly different taste and textures. HamachiCrudo ! How can something with so simple with few ingredients taste so good? Quality and mindfulness. Read more

i wish chevy chase was closer because i really love the food here. we ordered the last lobster they had and the chef would not... serve it due to the quality not meeting his standards—integrity at its finest! everything tastes so fresh and clean. one of myfavorites for sure! Definitely recommend. Read more

Good food, fast and good service (we were a little pressed for time and were in&out in 45 minutes). We had the restaurant week... tasting menu and nothing disappointed. The seaweed salad and fried eggplants were particularly tasty. Read more

I was in the area with one of my Lenders and we decided to try Sushiko for Happy Hour. We were there on a Sunay, so it wasn't... very busy. I ordered the lychee martini which was a little on the sweet side, but good. The martini also has a lychee forgarnishment. The lychee is a tropical tree native to the Guangdong and Fujian which are provinces of China. The main producerof lychee fruit is China. My Lender ordered lounge lemonade and very good!! Not bad for $5. We also ordered the spicy salmonavacado, the shrimp tempura and the crunchy spicy avocado. They were good but I didn't really like the soy paper that theseappetizers are wrapped in. I gave them a 4 star vs 5 star rating because the chairs in the bar area are town up. Which I amsurprised considering where they are located. Read more
