There for a birthday celebration! There was a long wait for the food, over fourty minutes. It could've been cause it was... crowded or they were short a cook, IDK - either way, my take out order didn't get placed and the turkey club sandwich I ordered,I didn't receive, instead I received a sandwich with sliced turkey and advocados on a hamburger bun, which I already said Ididn't want. Before I ordered this, I specifically asked the waitress if this was going to be served on regular bread, (eventhe menu said white toast) stacked, and cut in four sections - she said, "yeah." So, you can imagine how disappointed I was. Noneed of asking for a replacement, I've already waited an hour for this, wasn't trying to wait another hour. ?? Overall, theservice wasn't too bad, but when an establishment puts a the high dollar tip on your bill, you should get what you ask for. Read more
First time at this location, really nice experience. The hostess, Natalie, was super sweet & so helpful with getting myself, my... three little children & my friend situated at our table. Our server, Marquis, was very attentive as well. Right there when youneeded him. I definitely want to go back & thank them personally. Anyone with small kiddos know how tough it is to eat out &actually enjoy your time lol. It was so comfortable there, everything was great. Read more
Ordered take out from this location. Staff were very friendly and attentive. My order was ready when it said it would be, it’s... a bit inconvenient you have to go upstairs to pickup orders but that wasn’t and issue for me as much as I could see it beingfor others. Looking forward to dining in at this location. Restaurant was clean, the food was good, the portions were massive! Ihad the Louisiana chicken pasta and I don’t remember the name but one of the cheesecakes with caramel. Read more
Thank you Ms. Ny for a great late night dining experience!!! You are very professional and an awesome asset to this franchise!!!... Note, the pepperoni on the flatbread pizza is somewhat spicy but good. The buffalo blasts are really small in size. In the past,the portion size was more than ample to share this dish. They are not worth $16.00 unless you simply like or love them. Theywere very good and the minced-like chicken was tender. NOTE, the 2 star rating is due to the very RUDE brown-skin lady whoworks in the bakery. I politely said excuse me twice while she looked me and my child in the face, ignored us, and continued towipe down the refrigerated equipment. Her co-worker was kind enough to acknowledge us. I explained to her that I don't takefood in restrooms and asked her if we could leave our food on the counter until we returned from the restrooms. When we returnedto retrieve our food she said have a good evening!!! The type of disrespect and unprofessionalism she exhibited is totallyunacceptable! Their food in this location is not as good as the one in Bethesda. I used to be a big fan of Cheesecake Factory.
Great service, hot and prompt food. I tried the clam chowder and salad. It was my first time trying clam chowder and it was... pretty good. I also asked to swap the regular salad with the mix greens (no croutons). Everything tasted fresh. Also had amargarita and the sugar free cheesecake. This will be my first and last time coming to this place . I brought my son here for his 13th birthday excited hoping for... amazing food and good services. Sadly the waitress Sahara was rude and uncaring. She seemed disoriented and confused. She wasmuttering things I had to ask her to repeat herself several times not sure if she was new or what her deal was. She asked whatwe wanted to drink 3 different times as if she not write it down or wasn’t paying attention. On top of that the food wasnasty. Salty wings, soggy asparagus. I didn’t even get what I asked for I asked for ranch got blue cheese asked for noscallions on the nachos got extra scallions. It was ridiculous. I had mentioned from the beginning it was my sons 13 birthdayand that I wanted a surprise birthday song and a slice of velvet cake for him. When she brought us the the slice of cake at theend she didn’t even acknowledge my son and just placed the cake in the table no birthday son no happy birthday just placed iton the table and left.
