I'm an Italian food lover! Wanted to try some real "home made" Italian food ... Very disappointing experience, not sure how long... this place will survive open, was empty, first red flag but let's give it a try, I ordered shrimp linguine a la vodka, myhusband chicken Marsala kids chicken fingers Chicken fingers looked like they're made in the air frier, chicken Marsala wasgrilled chicken breast with WHITE mushroom sauce on top...was not good at all. My plate was alright nothing special. We didn'tcomplain, barely ate, pay the bill left tip and left, we felt bad saying something there but I had to come and give a reviewhoping either the restaurant steps up it's game or warn a family who's looking for a nice weekend dinner at a restaurant, thisone would not be the choice. Food was average and service poor. Unfortunately understaffed the night we went. It took 30 min to get some bread after asking... for it (which is complementary). The water came for a 2nd round only when we were leaving. Maybe will try their pizza only nexttime. It seems the most popular ! Read more
Al dente was a great experience from start to finish! The ambience in there is lovely! Nice and romantic so great for a date... night! I was able to park with ease. Food- I cannot complain! I got the lasagna and cauliflower, and my friend got one of thepasta and I believe fried zucchini. I forget the cocktails we got both both were fantastic! I would definitely go back again!Server was kind as well and they were always clearing off the dirty dishes. I also love a place that comes with bread :) Read more

Not bad! The venue is really nice (plenty of indoor seating along with some outdoor tables) and clean. Food took a bit too long... to arrive, though. The zucchini blossoms were excellent and the salads looked good. I ordered homemade pasta that was good,texture wise, but quite salty. Read more
Ordered takeout for restaurant week and it was a great deal for some really delicious dishes. For pastas, we tried the bolognese... and cacio e pepe. The cacio e pepe was ever so slightly over salted but the bolgonese was creamy, cheesy, and delicious. Forpizzas, we tried the pepperoni and the salsiccia e rapini - both were great and we’ll definitely order again! Read more
Really tasty - couldn’t decide so we ended up with the Italian family feast. We got the fettuccine bolognese, Cesar salad,... cacio e peppe, pepperoni and sausage and broccoli rabe pizza. The fettuccine bolognese was delicious. Massive portions ofeverything, the rigatoni was rich and creamy smothered in cheese. Pizza was solid - had to tap out after the pepperoni slicesince so much food. Overall delivery was solid and we will hopefully be able to go in person. Read more
Service was fantastic. Appetizers were pretty good -- meatballs had a good sauce, but were a little dry; zucchini flowers were... tender but under seasoned; eggplant app was ok but didn't stand out. My gnocchi dish was average, but my wife's Mezzi Rigatoniwas very good. However, I was extremely disappointed in the desserts. All of the desserts were 1-star for me (and we tried 4different ones in our group). Go to Al Dente for the pasta and service and go elsewhere for dessert. Read more
