Today, on or about 4:30pm, I walked in and wanted to place an order from the kids menu. The woman at the counter gave me the... blue kids menu to fill out. I said I would like the mac and cheese and the meatballs. She said, it comes with two sides pickyour sides. So, I selected the hummus and cucumber. I gave her my credit card, she said 22.00. I was surprised for a kids macand cheese and meatball that comes with ?two sides.? The blue menu has a price of 8.99? I said how can this be 22.00? Then Ilooked at the menu board above the register is reads 9.99. I asked for my credit card back and left the store. I don?t know ifsomeone is looking for extra cash from customers or what. She couldn?t explain why it came to 22.00. This is unacceptableespecially from an unfriendly worker. Further, this woman needs customer service training. I will never go back again. Read more

I have been meaning to stop by this location for ages and so glad I finally got the chance.This place and their food is frickin... awesome! I came in the other day and had the Clark Cove sandwich aka Roasted turkey, coleslaw, white american cheese, andThousand Island dressing on toasted sourdough. I also had their seasonal salad with Spinach greens, goat cheese, butternutsquash and all sorts of filling deliciousness. Read more
I work nearby and stopped in for the 1st time. Had tried to order by phone before but kept getting sent to non-functioning... voicemail, and even doordash for pickup was crashing. Tried again a few days later and got through. Ordered NOBADEER and SmithPoint sandwiches to go. When I arrived, staff were pleasantish and not exactly organized but did manage to pay and get my food.I understand now why it kept rolling to voicemail. Anyway, as for the sandwiches, they were both pretty good. The NobaDeer isturkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, and the Smith Point is roast beef, horseradish sauce, onions on pumpernickel. Bigsandwiches, very filling. In the photo attached, Smith Point is in the foreground. I will stop by again, assuming they survivethe pandemic restrictions. Read more
Jetties is a sandwich shop with owners and employees who care about what they're making for their customers. The food is fresh,... the portions are large, and the choices are plenty. Take out is quick, but the shop also has several tables for "eat in". Theprices are slightly higher than I'm used to back home in Michigan, but I could only eat 1/2 of the sandwich that I got, so itended up being two meals! Read more
