Reviews for Little Beast Cafe & Bistro in 5600 Connecticut Ave NW, WA
My wife and I went with our two children--both under 2.5 years old. We were seated quickly and we didn't have to ask for a... booster seat--they asked and brought one without being prompted. Our food and drinks came quickly after ordering as well. Mywife ordered the brunch pizza but without the bacon and ham. It was delicious, but I think it would probably be better with theham and bacon. I ordered the ricotta pancakes with a side of sausage. They too were delicious, but maybe slightly too rich. Wehighly recommend and would consider heading back. Read more
The patio is very nice. It's nice to sit outside in a covered space. I was there when it was pouring rain and I was near the... edge but stayed dry. As for the food all I ordered was the broccoli I wasn't too hungry. The broccoli was pretty good. Ourserver was great. Read more
How is this place not more well-known? Went for the first time today and had some of the most unique and delicious pizza of my... life! The Red Wing Detroit style pizza is incredible, and the Hawaiian traditional was amazing as well. Also highly recommendthe whipped ricotta appetizer! Service was wonderful. Definitely going in our regular rotation - We’ll be back! Read more
Although the service was slow and our appetizer came with our pizzas, the Detroit style pizza is absolutely delicious. We... ordered the Detroit Tigers and the Hawaiian classic pizza. I would definitely go back and just get the Detroit style pizza.Loved it! Read more
The Detroit style pizza here is absolutely fantastic. We ordered a pizza with sausage and bacon. The crust was perfectly crisp... and the bacon was smokey and delicious. I have tried other Detroit pizzas in the area and none compare to Little Beast. We alsoordered calamari and a couple of the red velvet cupcakes. We couldn’t finish either of those. The calamari was rubbery andtasteless. The cupcakes were dry and dense. I don’t recommend those. Read more
I'm not a big fan or experienced with deep dish pizza, but this was the best I've had. The dough is light and fluffy, paired... with rich and generous toppings, covered in gooey cheese. The red wine was surprisingly good for a by-the-glass at a casualpizza place. Read more
This place is worth trying. I loved the appetizers we had, but will admit I wasn't crazy about the traditional pizza we... had. The Detroit style one was a different story, though. That was very good. The drinks were also creative and fun to browseas well. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Worth a try. Read more
Delicious pizza!!! Kind of on the small side, but good enough for 2. Friendly staff. The lemonade is fantastic, but strong... for me. I asked for a glass of water and sugar. I actually made 2 lemonade out of the one glass (and drank then both????????) Read more
