Terrible place not only did they not get the order right and when I questioned them showed the receipt they refused to change... it. They make food with no gloves and when brought to their attention they lied so I showed the picture I took of the crewworker not wearing gloves and then the window attendant shut the window on me. I will be posting this picture to social media soeveryone knows not only are the rude and lie but also they do not use healthy practices preparing food. South Greeley location. Read more
Management and team members working week days are very rude.. asked for ketchup, literally had packet thrown at us.. asked for a... receipt as well, and was crumpled up and pretty much thrown also.. I understand fast food is stressful, but you don't treatcustomers this way Read more
Skip this location. The last few times I've gone here either the food is cold or the order is incorrect or both. It's like they... don't care anymore. In my opinion, it's quite an embarrassment to the Burger King name. Pick a different place that cares aboutgood service and quality food. Read more
I ordered a Hamburger with no mustard, I got a cheeseburger with only pickles and two bottom buns. Very disappointing 75% has... always been wrong. Close already, y'all are slow, customer service sucks, and orders are wrong. Read more
Nice and friendly people but the fries was getting old and the burgers was slapped together and no vegetables was on the... burgers. That's unusual cause they usually have good food that's why I keep going back. Must have gotten new cook.. Read more
Really, really not acceptable. Bacon double cheeseburger patties were actually cold? how does that even happen? And spicy... chicken chicken sandwich, also cold, was very sloppily thrown together, way too much sauce and no pickles. Total cost for theseofferings plus tax was over $9.00. I've been eating at this Burger King for many years and I've never had any problems... Until today.. After getting our order all... wrong at the drive thru, we went inside to have them fix it.. While waiting for that I went to use the restroom. The kid thatwas working the drive thru a few minutes earlier was in there at the sink, I did my business then waited for him to finish atthe sink so I could wash my hands. When he walked out I could not believe what I was seeing !! I'm just going to let the photostell the rest, I will say that what you see there is blood and that 6 foot tall 200 pound kid with dark brown hair and acneshould not be working there. It's always something at this place. Missing nuggets one time, no sauce that you get charged for the other time, no fries... several times, happens every time I go to that drive through after waiting 15 minutes every. Single. Time. Without fail lol Read more
