I think this establishment struggles. We were the only ones here at first. The gentleman taking our order was very friendly. It... took an abnormally long time getting our order. Again we were the only ones at first. Other customers came in, but our food wasnot out yet. So we waited. It finally came out and one of our whoppers was not correct. And these were about the flattestwhoppers I'd ever seen. Deflated. Buns were flat. For $11 for a medium whopper meal, would have been better served to driveacross town to 5 Guys. And their lobby music was too loud. You're suppose to hear it in the background, not have it over takeyour conversation. If it wasn't for the friendly gentleman behind the counter, would have probably dropped to 2 stars. Read more

I looked up the hours to the store on the app and on google and it said drive through doesn?t close until 11. I ordered at 8 pm... and was at the drive though at 8:15pm and they were closed. Card was already charged. Called the south Greeley location and theycan?t do anything and can?t transfer the order. Wouldn?t recommend going to BK at all. Read more
We have been craving BK burgers for quite a while and finally went today. What a BIG disappointment! We went through the drive... thru about 3 p.m. I feel if that any time you go to a restaurant, they food should be hot. Our onion rings tasted like theyhad been sitting there since lunch, two orders and both were cold and not good. Our cheeseburgers (5) were not hot at all. Igave mine to the dogs since they would eat the burger. It is very rare that my husband won't eat cold food, but we had tothrow the onion rings out. I was going to get a receipt and didn't have time to ask as the guy opened the window and gave methe bag and was gone. So sad that you can order food in Colorado and get hot, good food, but Cheyenne never gives you a hotburger or even looking close to the pictures they post. We won't be going back. Read more
Waited half an hour just to order. I would have left but a truck was behind me. Order taker had the nerve to tell me to put my... car in park because it would be a while. Never going back . Looked like 3 workers there standing around. How do they plan onkeeping this Burger King open with this kind of service. Read more
When we ordered the food came out ice cold, so cold that the cheese on my burger wasn?t melted and wouldn?t melt, the ice cream... machine has been broke for months, they didn?t give us a receipt, the fries were soggy and barely cooked, the soda had no ice,tasted old and flat, no napkins or condiments were stocked, and the staff treated us like we were the biggest inconvenience inthe world. Went through the drive through ordered 3 bacon double cheese and one regular double cheeseand a 4 piece mozzarella stick. And... this is what you get. Nothing that you ordered burger wise mozzarella stick were correct. Customer services is horrible andrude. So rip you off by not supplying the correct food ordered and then basically fruad you by charging for services notrecieved. Then have employees wanting increased pay for a job they cannot perform correctly. Read more
Low staff numbers-5 star Deals! Super great effort by management & staff to upscale service; I love the new chicken sandwiches,... the variety of whopper limited edition burgers, and you just can?t beat the promotions on the app, love the onion rings, thefrozen mystery flavor drink, and the limited edition jalapeño bites are the bomb. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but it?salways worth it to me. I need me a BIG KING - My Way - Right here with Abe Cortez from Suave TV - let?s go get a whopper.
