I went here once, and it took forever to get 1 cup of coffee, so when I went here this time, I asked if there was any. The... cashier said yes, but when she went to get some, she apologized and said there wasn't and asked if I would wait for some.Normally, I would, but I said no, thank you, I was forgotten last time. She then offered me cold coffee, vanilla, or regular. Iaccepted. Now, usually, I would be very upset, but something about this cashier made me very happy. So thank you to her! Great customer service but this is the slowest Chick-Fil-A I have been to! The food is delicious though!
I don't know how hard it is to have coffee ready on a Saturday morning 30 minutes after opening, but I've never worked fast... food. Maybe there's some intricate or elaborate ritual that goes into such things. So far? 4 Saturdays in a row, no coffeeready. What's even weirder? I don't even drink coffee, but have witnessed with great amusement the look of surprise on thestaff's face when people order coffee. Wild stuff. Read more
Worst Chick Fil A I?ve ever been to!!! On vacation looking for a place to eat and was excited to see the Chick Fil A sign.... They?re usually very dependable and a pleasure to patronize. My advice is to not torture yourself at this one! 35 minute wait inthe drive thru (where you cannot escape) and then my order was wrong!!! ???? I ordered (and paid extra for) an upgraded side,and what I got was cold waffle fries. Horrible experience. Will not return. Very disappointed. Our Chick Fil A?s at home areexcellent and well-run. The food was OK i guess. Nothing blew me away about it. Pretty much a plain old bland chicken sandwich, unless you dump a packet... of sauce on it. If this kind of food wows you, and you think it's the greatest thing since Velveeta sliced cheese, then youneed to get out more in the world and explore what good food really is. Good luck! Read more
As always, this place is busy. But the food and the service will continue to keep this place busy. They also handle the traffic... better than any other fast food restaurant. Try waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce if you?ve never been. Read more
I was craving Chick-fil-a before I had to go into work, I wait in the long line and place my order get up to the window, pay and... leave. As soon as I get to my moms work to eat with her I notice that the gave me the wrong sandwich. Yes I got the spicy deluxebut I did not order no tomatoes and no pickles. I was not happy when I seen that because I like the sandwich how it comes. BeingChick-fil-A you should know that you guys have a long drive thru line and to keep track of orders, especially if people havefood allergies and what not.
