The food was still good but the place was very messy. The floor was strewn with latex gloves, food and other trash. There was... no where to sit that didn't need to be cleaned so we wiped down our own table. When there was a break in customers the entirestaff disappeared and could be heard joking and laughing. No chicken grilled when I went there to get a bowl!! They said 10 min., was more like 20. Asked if I could get discount for the... wait.. mngr said no. Then while myself and another customer who was waiting before me, they served a guy who came in after usand bam! He got first dibs on chicken!!! Won?t ever go there again!! Good job Chipotle!! PS. I want to start off by saying I love Chipotle however I honestly doubt I will ever go to this location ever again unless they do... something about their crew! Upon arriving to this Chipotle and walking to the door a couple came out and told me there would bea wait and that they were not prepared to serve customers after just opening. I went in to see if this was the case and theyoung girl at the counter confirmed it however she was VERY rude about it and even said ?unless you want to come back here andhelp you?ll have to wait or order online?. Ok so 1. she should not have given an attitude for it was completely unnecessary as Idid not give her one and I was a paying customer and 2. they should be prepared to serve customers before unlocking the door. Itook my business to Qdoba instead and found the couple there where they told me she had been extremely rude to them also. Qdobahad allot of customers where as chipotle had none. Having close to 8 years management experience and many years running my ownbusiness I can say that this is completely unacceptable. In a small town like this this kind of behavior and running a businessin this way can and will break you very fast! This is not the first time I have been greeted with such horrible customer serviceat this location but will most likely be the last now. Read more

Due to staffing issues the store was only taking online orders. We did our order online and got our food quickly and... efficiently. The staff that was there was so professional and kind. Helpful and polite. Wonderful visit, wonderful food,great staff!!! Thanks so much for a great lunch! Read more

We love Chipotle but either close down this store or hire sufficient staff because I just spent the last 45 minutes trying to... download your app, wait for it to load, and then submit a basic order that could?ve been completed in less then 5 minsotherwise. Not cool. Read more

They have blocked off the order line from customers and placed signs up everywhere stating staffing shortages so you can only... order online. Yet they are allowing indoor dining and they still had 4-5 people behind the counter? I?m taking this as they justdon?t want to work like every other Chipotle, they want special treatment. You order the food, they still have to take theorder and prepare it, so the only thing they have done is frustrate customers and lose sales. No kiosk, no willingness to helpor take the order via word of mouth. Sound like to me they need replaced? Don?t go here, take the time to go somewhere else whowon?t put limitations on the customer. Consistently the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. Never know when they?re going to be open so I?ve been using the app and this... was the amount of food they gave me. They?re normally pretty stingy but this is out of control. Only ordered online becausethey?re constantly closing early or only accepting mobile orders. Read more
