Received two free ice cream from a recent visit to the eye doctor for our kids. We went in and they refused to accept them?. The... expiration date on the vouchers is 12/31/2022 which means they were still good for a month. We never come here and decided totry it one more time since we had the ice cream vouchers. We would have bought 3 more ice cream on top of the 2 free kidssundaes but will definitely never be back again. Definitely why we go to baskin robins over this place!!! Read more

My experience was mostly good. My first time going into the store (I usually have my wife get it) . Ice cream was fantastic.... Problem was the young lady who helped my wife. First she threw the ice cream on the stone, it nearly missed, the co worker gaveher a look for throwing the ice cream,so she makes the ice cream, 2 dishes, puts the lid on them, went to carry them butgrabbing the lid only, so what happened, one fell to the floor and spilled. Her answer-oh well, it slipped out of my hands. Thelook on the co worker was not happy, then she tells her co worker to make another and she goes too the back!! I was like WOW. Imade a comment to the lady who rang us out, I said former employee of the month? The girl didn't answer, just rolled her eyes.That said it all. Read more

Lady in front of me walked out disgusted. Lady in front of her with children said she?d been ignored for 20 min. I stood in line... 8 deep with my two kids for 15 min. Not once were any of us acknowledged. One employee grabbed her purse talked awhile with theyoung male employee both laughing still ignoring all customers. She eventually left. The one and only person seated in thebuilding with 2 girls was getting helped constantly and kept returning to the counter and being talked to during the whole 15min. At one point a manager maybe walked out from the back looked around hurried like and went back not to be seen again. Themale employee kept moving stuff around like spoons acting like he was cleaning up stuff told the seated guy he?d get somethingfree. This employee walked to the line several times ignoring us all never even said hello or I?ll be right with you nothing.Instead he?d grab something and take it back to the other side of the counter. I guess if I?d known they did private parties I?dbooked ahead. This used to be a decent place but took my business to Baskin Robbins instead. Read more

I am giving 4 stars for the workers working today, they were trying very hard. Unfortunately the manager came in and started... telling the guy making my ice cream that he was taking too long and needed to hurry up. The young kids working were veryfriendly saying yes ma?am and yes sir. This place would do much better if they had a better manager. Read more

Ever since the new owners took over I feel like it has went way downhill! I went there to get ice cream a week or two ago and... was charged .89 cents for an extra topping that I didn't ask for. My son had a kid's ice cream in a waffle bowl with one extramix in.He had chocolate syrup and sprinkles and I was charged for 2 toppings when one of them is supposed to come with the icecream.. I also had asked them to put it on top instead of mixing it in and they went ahead and mixed it in anyways and said,"Oops." when I pointed it out to them. They did not offer to fix this. At the same visit they were out of waffle cones and Ihad to wait 15 minutes just for a waffle cone and then to turn around and charge me an extra 89 cents for something that Ididn't get is crazy. I even pointed it out to the man at the register before he took my money that he charged me an extra 89cents and he kind of just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry and continued to charge me the 89 cents, I found out that he wasthe new owner. I have since been back, figuring maybe they were just having an off day. The two times that I went back that hewas fixing my ice cream I have had missing toppings. I order the Founders Favorite and two times it did not have caramel in itand once it didn't have caramel OR fudge. So my husband and I decided to get a quart 'to go' the other night. I went to theirfreezer in the front and went to get the quart of ice cream out and ALL the quarts were melted. I told them and they got me onefrom the back.... there were still customers in there and nobody even came to investigate the broken freezer or put an out oforder sign on it. I had to wait in line awhile after telling them, and nobody came to do anything to that freezer. I asked for acouple waffle cones to go, and asked if they were .99 cents and was told they were. Tonight was sweet, and that means Cold Stone Creamery, service was slow but worth the wait as the lines were long, online... ordering was high, and the process of making each order is tedious, ice cream needed to be frozen colder as it was runny by thetime it was mixed and served, lots of choices for ice cream (which is made fresh daily) as well even more choices for mix-in,online ordering is available for pick up and skipping the lines, orders online ready in about 20 minutes, personal observationis prices online appear more expensive versus in person, no taste samples due to Covid as well as no eating in, all staff arewearing masks with contact less delivery of orders in shop. Will definitely be coming back when the need for sweet treats isneeded! Read more
