Very smooth visit, good quality of food, and appreciated the lobby being open till midnight. I also want to give a shout out to... one of the employees, Osiris, for some terrific customer service! It's not often McDonald's provides great experiences butOsiris was friendly, personable, and attentive. Long after I ordered, he checked up on me and asked if there was anything Ineeded. I ordered a deluxe Crispy chicken through door dash, and these people give me a slob in a box. Looks like they used half a... bottle of sauce on it. It?s a disgrace. If you hate your job that much then go get a new one. Read more
Used app for a free double cheeseburger with $2 purchase. I got the 6 piece nuggets plus a medium drink the total did not... reflect the free cheese burger but i tried to use another coupon on app and it said i could not use it since i already,supposedly used my other cheese burger coupon. Morning shift forgets food and is disrespectful. Afternoon shift forgets food but it?s respectful about it. I don?t even wanna... go in the lines at night when I see a wrapped around building with each car taking 5 minutes to move. Overall Dell Range is thebetter option. Literally so rude. came here to get a mobile order and waited 10 years for an ice cream cone. so we went around to the drive... thru, they were super rude and tried to make us pay. we kindly asked if we can just get it through the drive thru because we hadbeen waiting and the guy at the window rudely said ?oh you curb-sided it? then go back to curbside.? never coming here again. The only time I have issues at this location is between 1am- 3am . No ice cream products available due to machines being cleaned... at midnight. Here?s a thought. Clean at 5am when no one orders it ! Stale bottom bun on QPC, drive through staff seems to beoff, forgot napkins. All other times of day I have no complaints but tread with caution in the early morning hours or cross theroad to TB, because nothing else is open in this little town. Read more
The drive through get our drink order wrong at least 50% of the time. We order a large sweet tea and a large unsweetened tea... with our meals. Sometimes we just gets drinks. It doesn't effect 50% rating either way. At least 50% of the time we get twosweet teas. If using this facility taste your drinks before you leave. Read more
