I can't Rave enough about this place enough!!!! If I could give 100 stars I would!!! For starters The Managers Thomas (hope I... spelled it right) and also I talked to Samantha, last week. Both are Very great awesome friendly people! They also answered allmy questions and gave me what info I needed etc. Ive been getting all my pizzas etc from here for long long time already and NowI love it even more after our (bday) party there, just wow wow wow awesome!!!!!!! Also No time limit which that alone was reallyreally awesome, not to be rushed and pushed out the door like other places do, and Great prices too! (we ordered what I thot wasalot of food), but they got it out fast and it was yummy!! Great cook too!! much appreciated!!!! All 3 knocked it out of thepark for us!!!! Thank you!!!!! Ordered a special "dine in" pizza (the dining room was closed due to lack of staff). Was charged $27 for a $16 special. I... called them on it and the guy tapped on his screen and then charged me $13... then they made the wrong pizza ????! Epic fail. Read more
Ordered online was fast and everything was right but the drive left it on my porch and walked away, I didn't ask for contact... less delivery and I sure he'll don't want my food sitting on my porch it's just nasty to me Read more
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They refuse to answer their phone, and then when you get the call center the call center is no... help. If I'm going to order pizza I want to talk to the store not some call center located who knows where!! I guess because thepeople at the store refuse to answer the phone, or just don't care, Pizza Hut has lost me as a customer. I ordered a timed order online. Ordering and delivery driver were both great! I received my order and one of my pizzas was... missing a topping. Not a huge deal but considering I paid extra for it I was disappointed. So I tried to call the store. Tell mysituation to the person and she says she needs to transfer me to the store because it's the call center. Get another person andexplain again, he says let me transfer you to the manager. Get another person and ask if it's the manager she says no let metransfer you, then puts me on hold and hangs up on me. So I call back and ask for a manager in the store thinking I wouldn't gothrough "the call center" again, nope I was wrong. Get another lady and asked if she was a manager, she said no but that shecould transfer me. I said no I have been transferred too many times and hung up on. So she took my name and number and sent amessage to her supervisor for the store to call me back. Yeah I highly doubt that will happen. So if you order from here you'llget your food, but let's hope you don't have an issue you need to talk to someone about because they will not answer! We ordered a large meat lovers pizza and a meat lovers phone. The pizza was good but the p'zone was a joke! It was about a... quarter inch thick with maybe 3 pieces of meat in it! I can't believe I basically paid for a folded over cheesy crust! Verydisappointed in this and the store for serving it. Probably find somewhere else to order from and not get ripped off! Read more
Pizza and Fries were cold. This is what $5 gets you for their fries?..just don?t. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. After... many calls to management leading to zero change we have decided not to continue service here. Would love a refund, because wejust ended up tossing $20 in food away. UPDATE: Called the store and the female manager decided arguing about the temperatureof the food instead of taking the constructive feedback, I wasn?t even asking for a refund EVEN THOUGH the food was completelyinedible. One of her responses was eye opening ?it sits under a warmer, so it shouldn?t be cold, It?s not like we leave it outon the counter? Funny, because that?s exactly how it seems to us, that it sat on the counter, the stuffed crust was dried onthe inside ??????????? But idk what I am talking about apparently.
