The food was horrible. We ordered lobster and they looked like giant shrimp. We ordered Brussels sprouts and they were still... hard the biscuits weren't done. Should I go on ordered a long Island iced tea couldn't taste any alcohol. Complained to themanager about it he handed us 2 $10 gift card's. Handed them back to him. How does $20 in gift cards equal to a $200 meal. Willnever go back ever again!! Read more
The food is always great and safe (I'm allergic to nuts). My husband who is allergic to shellfish does great with their steaks.... The staff is always very attentive too. Read more
Service was terrible. Was seated by hostess, which was really a nice sweet girl. Looked at the menu. Looked some more. More... folks arrived and were seated. Waitress walks right by me and helps said people. Look at the menu some more. Waitress walks byagain. Look at the menu some more. Waitress walks back by with their drinks. Still sitting there 15 minutes later. Therestaurant is practically empty mind you. I finally get up to leave and in no uncertain terms let them know they suck. I left. But I wanted lobster so wasn't going to let one snooty waitress ruin it...went back in and sat at the bar. Bartender was niceand on point with the drinks and food. Salad was good, biscuits hot. I ordered the 7 ounce sirloin dinner which was 17$ and wascooked perfectly and tasted great. I added a lobster tail per the "special" they had advertised for 9.99 on a separate flyerwith the menu. Which was the worst lobster tail ive ever had in my life. Most of the meat was permanently cooked to the shell.Got maybe two little bites out of it. Also had two bottles of Guinness. When I get the ticket, it was 46.00. Being 28 bucks forthe food would mean they either charged 9 bucks for each beer or just overcharged intentionally. At this point I was over theplace and ready to just get out of that dump, gave them 50 and left. I'll never go back to this location, possibly any RedLobster again. Terrible. Read more
I got the surf and turf, ordered online. The lobster tasted old and had texture of rubber, steak was dry dry dry, they did NOT... put in my baked potato but sent all the trimmings. I was hungry and could not eat the meal and lack of it. Salad wasmediocre. Spending $50 plus was definitely not worth it . I would not spend $4.00 for this meal. Very dissatisfied!!! Some may have had great experience but I am just sharing mine. My husband son and I were looking for some dinner because we had... just moved to the Cheyenne area and had not been to a red lobster in a very long time so we thought why not. We get there and wewere told 5-10 min wait which is no biggie. We get seated 20 min later and we understood that 5-10 min can take longersometimes. We get at our table and we were there for at least 30 min before some other customer talked to the hostess saying wehaven’t even gotten our drinks yet or been seen. The hostess had walked by us and made eye contact 3 times. Our waiter finallycomes and we order. We then wait another hour before we even get a sorry it is taking so long. By then my son was super hungryand tired. We said can we cancel and just go we are sorry but we can’t wait any longer. They said our food just popped up ifwe wanted them to bag it up. We said ok sure another 30 min goes by and we still don’t have it so I find the manager whoinformed us that we were forgotten. They dropped the fries as they were bagging and I could not wait any longer as it was wellpast dinner time and almost 8. We went to Wendy’s to get my son something fast. He was literally so tired he couldn’t eveneat. I am frustrated because if they needed longer waits in between seating customers they should have said so. I am mad atmyself as well for not leaving sooner and getting some food in my sons belly. They still wanted us to pay almost $70. Read more
