So first off I obviously had a tremendously different experience than the folks who have commented before me. It was lunch rush,... 2 chili dogs, moz sticks and a cherry limeade. While it was a touch slower than it should have been it was nothing to dock themfor. The food was all hot and prepared exactly as ordered. The cherry limeade was also perfect. Whoever owns or runs this storeabsolutely needs to go have a resurrection with the Casper location which is the absolute definition of horrible. Read more

We couldn't drive through because of our Travel trailer so I got out and tried to order.. I sat out there after pressing the... button mind you 10 minutes wondering why it's taking so long when there was no one on the drive through and 2 cars parked alsowaiting. Finally I knocked on the Window and saw 3 employees just sitting around the register hanging out, someone came aroundand I asked if the screens outside worked he said no and I asked about the parked cars they said no.... "Only drive thru"extremely disappointed I left. Worst Sonic I've ever been to ever. Seems like a bunch of lazy kids not wanting to go outsidebecause it's cold.. yet there was someone sweeping the parking lot while the 2 girls and 1 guy sat aroundinside.???????????????????????????????? Sonic is a drive-in but we had to drive through. They were out of hamburgers, onion rings, tater tots. Ice cream and a few more... things that I can't remember from the hand written sign taped to the menu board. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for two chickensandwiches that were dry. All in all of very bad dinning experience. Read more

Dude, it was bad...possibly not entirely their fault. As of August 2022 this location is very under-staffed. It would be better... for you to visit another fast food option nearby. I doubt they can help the poor service due to under-staffing, but saveyourself the frustration. Sorry to have to leave a negative review, but just reporting the facts. We ordered through the app and the service was terribly slow. When it finally came the tots were barely warm and my cheeseburger... was the same. The cheese wouldn?t melt because the patty was cold. As we waited several people pulled up and tried to order withno success. Read more

They had no slush mix. Ordered a grilled cheese double burger and only got a single patty. The pickle fries were pitiful, mostly... really crispy breading and a dehydrated pickle. We ordered on the app, so it doesn't tell you if they are out of stuff. They didlet us choose another drink item at no additional cost. The rest of the food was just alright. The server was freindly. While pleasant, the staff was super slow. It took over 10 minutes to get a drink. A drink with nothing added. Just a single... drink. Wow.. The property also appears to be poorly maintained. Read more

They have kids running this place, even the "Manager" was a snotty teenager. Why would they hire a kid to supervise more kids to... operate a business ? Very unprofessional. My sandwich looked like someone sat on it. 2 chili dogs, the buns were hard and thechili was cold. The only things that we liked were the shakes. They sell 1 star restaurant food at 5 star prices...
