Stopped in bright and early (4:30 am). Only people there. The lady working wouldn't make me a coffee until we moved our truck... because she said it wasn't parked correctly. The parking lot is dark and the lines are not clear. This should never be a reasonto be rude to a customer. I've also made a complaint to corporate. Unacceptable from a Starbucks. We decided to take ourbusiness elsewhere. Read more
Small shop with a bit of a claustrophobic que but the coffee is good and the people are (mostly) very nice. Sometimes I get the... impression they are too busy to give you the full customer experience and they probably aren't aware of how that can impact areturn visit. Still, worth stopping in as they are the only Sbux in downtown. Read more
I frequent this store daily but I am tired of the Rotten attitudes, condescending communications, and never having dark roast... coffee available whereas every other Starbucks store does. Due to the reasons stated above I think it's best that I discontinueshopping at this Starbucks location. Read more
The workers were just lovely. Clean inside the cafe. Very little wait for just the two of them working, I was so surprised. They... deserve a bonus! Our drinks came out perfect. I got my dog his very first puppaccino and as you can see from the attached photo,he loved it! The parking lot was a little confusing to get into according to google maps instructions but easy enough to figureout when you're actually on the street and looking at the location. My favorite Starbucks in Cheyenne. The staff is always so friendly and the food and drinks are consistently excellent.
