Very rude told her I wanted a coffee and she kept sighing at me n I got a sandwich and I told her actually never mind but she... put it in the heater before I payed and I told her twice I just wanted the drink and she said I should?ve told her that bf.btwthis is the old lady who works in the morning very disrespectful and my drink tasted disgusting and she made everyone?s orderand got my drink last so much for fast business. This starbucks is never actually open! The last three times I went to specifically get coffees there has been a sign with... apologies for the inconvenience. Either out to lunch, on break or any other excuses. The business model at this location isnot acceptable. I will shop elsewhere. For groceries and coffees. Never had this issue at King Soopers. I guess their businessmodel is better. Read more

Terrible service one employee just stood around and watched the other make drinks. Took my daughter 25 minutes to get her drink.... For the cost get it together and better supervise your employees. Read more
