I was actually at the Loaf N Jug getting gas, because it's near the house. The line was awfully long, and there is a subway... right there. I hadn't ate anything yet and the line was long for me to pay for my gas, so might as well. It always seems likewhen I do a spur of the moment thing it turns out better than when I do something intentionally. This was no exception. Got mysandwich and by the time I finished I was able to walk to an empty counter to pay for my gas. The bread was nice and soft, likeI like it and the chicken was warm but not hot. It rocked and the lady at the counter that day understood sarcasm. It was a goodway to start the day. Read more

This location is often closed randomly with no explanation. Today I went in and they didn't have certain items due to them being... frozen and the lettuce was all dead. It's always something at this location. Read more

5-18-2022. Placed an online order at 4:05. Was supposed to be ready at 4:25. Finally received my order nearly 20 minutes after... that (4:43). The person who made the sandwiches didn't even look at me or apologize. Too bad I can't leave a negative starrating. Read more

One of your employees washed their hands, which is great. But he grabbed my paper before putting on gloves, which is not great.... As a former employee of Subway, I was really disappointed in this. Aside from this incident, this Subway is usually prettygreat. Read more

Went there the other day spent 60 bucks for family and took about 40 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Got kids meals but just got... sandwichs and the cookies I got were raw raw, like the oats still hard in the oatmeal raisin. And sandwich, well a picture isworth a thousand words. And this was best sandwich out bunch. Go to Jimmy John's or silver mine. Faster and better food. Not thesubway I remember as a kid. Should probably just close doors now save the long drawn bankruptcy option. Read more

I personally would like to counterattack the comment below , I was there that day and that isn?t what happened . The lady behind... the counter greeted these gentlemen the same as she does everyone, she started on the first 2 sandwiches while happily carryingon a conversation, when it came to the third sandwich it was the same as the first , it was very polite mentioned that 2 of thesame sandwiches can be toasted at the same time just for informational next time so that they r both hot.she didn?t say anythingout of line or rude or even nasty, the gentlemen yelled at her and toled her she didn?t need to be a b about it . That is whenshe politely said pls leave , and lost the sale cuse that was uncalled for. After they left I asked her why she said that aboutthe sandwiches, she smiled and said a lot of people don?t know that the chicken heats better if there is more then one beingtoasted comes out hotter . From my stand point this was nothing more then doing her job and putting the customer first Read more

Terrible customer service! We started our order with the first of three sandwiches and the employee asked if we needed it... toasted and we did. After the first sandwich came out of the oven the employee asked what else and we orded the second sandwich. The employee didn't ask about toasting the second sandwich so we asked if we could have it toasted. She got visibly upset andtold us that we should've told her so that we needed both toasted so she could've toasted them together. We told her that wedidn't know that that mattered and asked why she didn't ask if it was a mattered. She lied and said she asked us I thebeginning. We corrected her and then she got really mad. She told us she wouldn't accept any "attitude" and kicked us out. I'venever seen someone get so mad about putting a sandwich in an oven, especially if that is a part of your job. Beware of thisplace if you want a toasted sub, because the lady employee here is very particular about how you order it. I'm surprised shedidn't yell "NO SOUP FOR YOU!" Read more
