The sandwiches were good, but the restaurant itself was so dirty! We went in about 4pmish today and the whole place was a mess.... Trash was overflowing, bits of food and debris on tabletops and floor. Two flies kept buzzing around our food. There was not adinner nor lunch crowd in here, so for it to be so messy was uncalled for. It made the subs not so appetizing after all. Theinstajuice guy was sitting at a table on his phone and the 2 guys on the subway side were just chatting behind the counter.Perfect time to go clean up a bit. Read more

Ordered door dash from this location. Sent the wrong drink and left off half of the toppings I ordered. It must be very... difficult to read an order. Literacy should be the first part of the application process. ??????? Read more

This will be the last time visiting this store. Two of the sandwiches I ordered had no lettuce at all. They were supposed to... be toasted but were burnt instead. I ordered three bags of chips but only received two. Any double of any ingredientsrequested were sparse at best. This isn't the first time we have had issues at this store. We always go to thus Subway in town, in our opinion it is the best with thr best service as well. The food is always prepared... and never have had complaint. The two working tonight did an AMAZING job, super friendly, very happy, and had a smile on theirfaces even when they got busy. Of course we'd be back to this one! Read more

I love subway. The poor lady working there was the only one there and she kept getting online orders from grubhub and people who... were just walking in. This was 7:30 at night and we felt so bad for her. On the other hand the food was amazing. Read more

I'm sorry and I hate to give 1 star. But this was a disorganized in managed subway. The girl being trained had to ask every step... she needed to take rather than being lead. Cash only, due to incompetent software. They said it happens all the time. ( Owner'sfix this problem) The bread was smashed due to incorrect cutting literally for the 2 sandwich before me and the 3 I ordered. Thebathroom's were pure nasty. Definitely not cleaned or checked on. The urinal didn't flush. And no towels to wipe hands. Theemployees were all bickering. It's as if someone brought the place, put people to work and never returned. I had an overallsense of dread being in there. Bad experience all around. Read more

Food was on par but somehow all the subway staff was on break at the same time and they had a very nice young lady from... Inta-Juice making sandwiches when she clearly has no training to do so? She was quite flustered but still very professional,apologizing for making mistakes (that aren?t her fault, she doesn?t work that side) and I felt bad for her. Regardless, she dida great job. But shouldn?t there be a rotation on breaks so that there is designated staff at the counter at all times? Thatseems a little unfair to the Inta-Juice staff and affects both businesses. Minor complaint but it just didn?t sit right with me.Maybe it was just a messed up day staffing wise. Read more

We went to this store at 1:30 in the afternoon. We stood there waiting and waiting. They made sandwich after sandwich and not... a single one for customers in the store. I finally asked the girl at the register if anyone planned to wait on the 6 customersin line and was told we had to wait until online orders were done. They continued making sandwiches for online orders. 5 of usleft. Totally unacceptable to treat live, in person customers. They lost business today. Read more
