I really enjoyed my visit and meal at this Texas Roadhouse location. Service was awesome
Very good food, packed house with a very happy atmosphere.
Always good food and friendly service. Always busy too. We did the call ahead and only waited about 20 minutes. Our waiter was a... bit forgetful. Had to repeatedly ask for things. Ordered drinks, after the others were delivered, we had to ask twice for thebeer. When we placed the food order, asked for bbq and ranch for the Chicken Critters, had to ask twice after the food wasserved. Asked twice for more bread. Notice the pattern here? Lol. Taking our food to go, had to as three times for a lid for theranch. Made for a irritating experience. Like I said, they were busy, and I can see forgetting one time, but it was the themefor the night. Not from here, so it will be awhile before I'm back to this particular establishment. The food was cooked perfectly (I love my medium-rare steak and fall off the bone ribs.) Our server was attentive and checked on... us regularly without being a pest. It was a great dining experience, just like I would expect at any Texas Roadhouse. Read more
I’ve not even gotten my food yet but this is one of the greatest restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of going to. When I... received my first order of drink, an ice cold water with two juicy lemons, my mouth salivated uncontrollably. I gulped up theentire cup quicker then I could run around a track, which is really fast because I’m really fast. After some lightconversation with my acquaintances I noticed my cup being very kindly refilled by Bree. Now this alone did not garner a 5 starresponse; no, it was only the beginning. As she took our orders, I slurped down the second water before she could even finishtaking the orders. I didn’t expect the water to refilled but low and behold she immediately refilled my drink with the speedof a cougar. I sat there starstruck, jaw on the floor eyes popping out of my head, tongue agape. After I regained my composure,I again got to guzzling my water and now that my water tank had been somewhat filled, the rate at which I tippled the drinkslowed down. Even so, when my drink was almost finished, I was again flabbergasted when I found my water being filled again.Bree, understanding that I am a water enjoyer even offered to let me use the entire pitcher. We've been to a few Texas Roadhouse locations, and the Cheyenne, WY location was the best we've visited. Isaac was a great... waiter! Very attentive and kind without hovering. We also interacted with 4 other workers there and each one had a smile and wasso kind. The food was cooked perfectly. It was all just what our family needed after a long day on the road. I would say the best steak I ever have in this restaurant chain. Staffs are friendly and attentive to your needs. The steaks are... cooked perfectly to our desire and their bread are freshly baked not oven heated. We enjoyed our meal and I recommend that youstop at this texas roadhouse whenever your in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Read more
Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner for the first time at the Cheyenne location last Saturday. Knowing how busy this chain... restaurant can get, we went a bit before the dinner rush and got seated right away. From the time we entered the restaurant tothe time we left the service was absolutely outstanding! The staff was attentive and friendly. We even had a floor manager comeup after service to check how everything was, which in my opinion shows that they care about customer's experience, which is avery nice touch! As for the food, we've been to a bunch of different Texas Roadhouses in different states and rarely had a badexperience in general but this visit by far was one of my favorite. The food came out quick, hot and tasted fresh but mostimportantly our steaks were cooked to the temperature we requested! We'll be back for sure! Read more
