Very busy when I came in. Gathered there was a large uber order and they were falling behind. Trainee was working register. ... She rocked it while her support walked her through and calmly picked up slack. Excellent! Lead or manager arrived, got thepulse, and dove in at the front calmly. Gave me a free drink for my wait. Wendy's chicken nuggets are starting to feel like eating cold cardboard. They're using day old nuggets and it's really a health... hazard. Please start serving fresh nuggets instead of old nuggets. Read more
Went through drive thru about 10 pm on a Friday night. My coke had no ice. When I asked I was told they would have to get it in... back.....doesn't some always have ice? And...it was not a coke. Tasted like Dr Pepper. Hamburger was not hot. The fries wereexcellent. Way below a standard Wendy's experience. Read more

Poor service, Dirty didn't fill my chili or frosty. Tried to get water and after standing at the counter for awhile and have two... employees just look at me instead of help decided I could go somewhere and get it faster.
