This is the kind of place hipster's check into with their rescue companion dog. Minimal design means cheap used furniture that... they pass off as " vintage" bar was full of pretentious wanna be social network types. the GM and assistant GM are pretty dumbguy's . I make lots of money's so why spend it here when I can go to the Four seasons or Langham for just couple hundred more .Low class trying to be something it's not. Cheap times hotel . I'm sure in Seattle it's a big thing Read more

Not recommended. Stayed in Medium sized room. Rooms are very small with poor layouts. No chair/desk. Decor = weird metal bars... bolted to wall. Shower slow to drain. Stiff towels & blankets. Gym very limited. Had poor check-in experience as well. Read more

My wife was treated very rudely by an Event Manager/coordinator at this hotel:( The hotel is beautiful and in the great... location, but nothing is more important than how you make your guests feel. I have over 5 years of experience in hotels, so Iunderstand there is a delicate balance to be struck between "executing event orders paid for by customers" and "treatingeveryone walks in the front door as if they're a guest in your house." Hospitality work wasn't easy pre-covid, & I adventure tosay it's tougher now. That being said- look to how the "least VIP" customer is treated, and you'll learn a lot about the staffof a business. Avoid this hotel. Read more

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We went with a large room and it was just that, super clean with a comfortable bed and... similar aesthetic to other Ace hotels. I do wish there was coffee in the room, but happy to have the coffee shop downstairs. Ifound parking across the street in Google's garage using the Spot Hero app which was cheaper and potentially easier than usingthe hotel valet. The location is good, walking distance to a lot of things and we even walked the half hour downtown. Alsoconvenient to the train - I ended up on the brown and pink line (the most convenient) and the blue line (about 10 minutes away).Overall, would recommend especially if you want to stay in this neighborhood. There is construction of a new building beside it. The construction noise starts at 7:30. We requested for another room and... finally we can sleep in. Otherwise, it is a good location and nice room. Read more

It should not even be a 1, but this is the lowest rating. Way overpriced, minimalist environment, uncomfortable bed and room,... no coffee, not even a picture on the wall. Worst of all, lacquer plywood everywhere. Stay somewhere else. Read more

It was our first an ideal opportunity to remain in this lodging and I was extremely happy with the help that you gave. The staff... was extremely proficient, congenial and amicable. A truly reasonable room rate also. I will call your inn over and over! It wasfirmly prescribed to everybody! Read more

Our experience was less than impressing. Staff were short mannered. Room was poor, the shower had terrible water pressure.... Whoever decided to paint the room all blue and black made it feel like a prison. The fact that only 1 staff could drive a manualvehicle was kind blowing and we were told by one person that we could park it ourselves but when we got back to the hotel theytold us that they had to "find a spot because they were at max capacity" but we've already paid in advance to have a spot. Foran up and coming area, and the price we paid I expected better. Read more
