This place was okay was extremely busy, kiosks to side made ording quicker since the lady kept yelling at everyone to use them... but people weren't so we walked over and was able to place the order quickly, it's not cheap for hot dogs at almost $8 a dog,the Chicago dog was standard and tasted good, the Alanta dog was pretty tasty, wife had some wrap, she said it was good but itsexpensive for what it is. Excellent prices. The Navy Pier is a place for a tourists and the Chicago Dog reflects that. We felt it was missing authenticity... and customer service. It was good having access to different hot dog styles but we might try a food truck next time! Read more

Food was MID. Fries taste like absolutely NOTHING. Hot dog tasted like it was boiled. Cheese fries taste awful, the cheese made... it taste WEIRD. Lady attending us was nice and burger was good. Go to McDonald?s instead Read more

Love they have veggie dog option, I had the Chicago veggie dog and fries. The dog was delicious, a bit surprised that the fries... were soggy on such a busy night. Also, the staff behind the counter was playing with food at the prep station, not veryappropriate to then serve customer even if they had gloves on. Slow service. Read more

Not usually one to leave bad reviews but the service there was terrible. Despite there being around 20 people in the tint... working area, service was slow and the food was not good. Main complaint: I asked for a cup of water with my ghost burger andthe guy charged me for a bottled water. No problem. I asked for a cup of ice to go with my burger and they told me they don'thand out cups of ice per manager policy. They told me to go buy one at McDonald's. How rude. I will never come here again. OK food. Not great. We had the Dallas and the Chicago hot dogs. Service was fast and staff was polite.

Fries were cold and floppy, burger had so much ADB sauce on it that the buns got soggy and I ended up covered just from the... first bite. Bacon was undercooked and mostly fat. Guess I should've just went to McDonald's. Same quality, but much cheaperprices! Read more
