I used to order from here once every other week when it was a neighborhood pizzeria and it had buy two dinners get the third one... free...I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to the old neighborhood to see Angelo's newly renovated wine bar andrestaurant. The food was amazing,even the kids items were awesome. The staff was very patient/helpful and the price was wellworth what we ate. Went here for my boyfriend's birthday. Called ahead for reservations, stipulating that it was for a birthday dinner. The... restaurant proceeded to lose our appetizer order. After 40 minutes without the server checking on us at all, I went to the frontdesk to check on our order. The server said he would check with the kitchen, which is when he informed me that they had lost ourorder and asked us for what we had ordered again. I've worked in the service industry for years, so I have a lot of sympathyfor service workers. To me, though, when you know reservations are made for a birthday dinner, you should pay close attention tothat table. I wasn't expecting special service, but we got below the bare minimum. For someone's birthday, the service made usfeel neglected and forgotten about as tables around us that sat after us got their orders before us and no one came to check onus. Went for a special event wedding. Such a nice job. We had a breakfast brunch with eggs Benny, chicken and waffle, calamari,... French toast, breakfast pizza and so much more. Everything was good. Can't wait to go back. Read more
I'm satisfied. Food was great and good portion not too much. Excellent wine list and service even better. Really friendly and... intuitive services. Really tasty anchovies Caesar salad. I like prosciutto and whipped ricotta bruschetta a lots. Frutti di mareand seared sea scallops good sa well. Frutti di mare nice and spicy but I just prefer with fresh seafood instead of fried lightbatter. I going to try brunch here and Wednesday half price on every bottle of wine. Read more
Friendly service, excellent food (pizza, Alfredo, flan cake) - we ate so much we could barely move, reasonable prices, lovely... ambience. We are definitely returning here. Read more
Wow! Amazing! Last night was our first visit. Already excited to go back again. Gigi was our server and she picked out the most... delicious bottles of red for us. 1/2 price bottles on Wednesdays! Glad we got a reservation beforehand. It’s was pretty busy!There was great live music too. Four cheese pizza, bruschetta and charcuterie were all amazing ???? Great service and selection. We had an enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive waiter. The food itself was good, but it wasn't... great and pricey for the amount/taste.The dishes we got were definitely on the smaller and dryer side. Overall, decent, butthere are better Italian restaurants for the price range. Read more
This was a great experience. Food is great, prices are good, people are really friendly in a neighborhood see you next week... sort of way. On the plus side, it was refreshing not to be rushed through a meal. The first drink is paced like a Frenchrestaurant in France (slow), so when I return next week, I'll get a drink at the bar before getting a table. Food is amazing. Read more
