Displayed in the front window of Ann Sather are the four most wonderful letters any restaurant could ever display: B.Y.O.B.... ???? ???? ???? We had the great fortune of discovering this unexpectedly while carrying two miniature bottles of champagne thatthe apartment across the street gifted to us at the end of a tour. Splitting the Smoked Salmon Benedict ???? ???? with twosides was a perfect amount of food for me and the girlfriend for just over $20 total. We loved the generous amount ofhollandaise sauce on the side and were very happy we added cheddar cheese to the ?hashbrowns? for 50 cents. I say ?hashbrowns?because they were really just roasted potatoes or homefries, although we very tasty. ???? ???? The cinnamon rolls were killer.Warm, delicious, gooey, and sweet. First time here and the breakfast was great! Didn?t know it was Swedish style because the menu had so many alternative choices!... My partner got the Mediterranean omelette and I got the V-4 omelette with a side of VERY addictive cinnamon rolls! Outstandingbreakfast for a reasonable price! So much food for under $35! Pretty typical diner food - good portions for a good price. Cinnamon rolls were the best part of the meal. Hash browns were... listed as a side and I was excited to order them with my eggs over easy to combine the eggs and potatoes. However, the potatoespresented were most assuredly home fries which changed my eggspierence. To be clear the home fries were still good, but I ambaffled as to how they list them as hash browns when they are two very different potato preparations. Just be aware! I wouldreturn and get a different main dish. Read more
