This small restaurant made a huge impression! There were only a few tables, but the moment my family walked in, I had a feeling... it was going to be amazing, and it was. The chef and server were attentive, helpful, and kind. My son spilled water twice, andthe they both came over to help clean up the water and to reassure him that it was okay. The sushi roll creations were unique,and all the food we ordered was fresh, delicious, and beautifully plated. While we were leaving along with another table, thechef clapped and thanked us for coming . Definitely will be going back here! Read more
This is hands down the best sushi I?ve ever had. Ate here all through college, and am planning on eating dinner here whenever... I?m in town. Amazing flavors, great price, solid portions. Excellent restaurant with excellent sushi and service! Ordered the Asahi Roll, Sears Tower Roll, Black Dragon Roll, Avocado... Torch Roll, and Orange Sunshine Roll and they were all delicious. I've lived in Rogers Park my whole life and never really found a sushi place even close unless it was in Lincoln Square or... downtown. Today I took a dive into the deep end and I cant wait to dive again! This BYOB stop might not LOOK BUSY INSIDE but Idbe SHOCKED if they weren't busy with carryout! Nice big sizes of sushi so you're guaranteed a mouthful with each bite! You cantaste the freshness in the fish and soft buttery texture of the meat. Flavors were on point on all 3 rolls and I cant wait towalk there again and pick up other rolls in the future! Read more
