My mother went to buy a box of tortillas and the cashier made fun of the fact that my mother cannot carry the box to her car due... her operation. She asked for help to get it put in her car and instead made a joke that the box doesn?t weigh 50lbs. She felthopeless and embarrassed by this situation she asked for the manager and the cashier refused to get the manager. The cashier isa male Hispanic that acts like a female. This happened today at 3:30. I hope the owners will see this review and reprimand thisemployee. Read more
Is there a different number to call and make a complaint, the older guy is taking care of the customer, taking the money and... getting the dough he not using gloves, so I try telling the guy who is answering the phone and just didn't care so I just walkout, really thats just not good if the company cares they really should take care of that, thank you Read more
Sadly but true, the place is not looking bad, but if you see where they make their tortillas and how they make them, you... wouldn't think that the tacos are so good, and you could wonder and ask yourself if the cleaningness of the tacos is reliable. Read more
Awful, awful, awful!!! I have ordered Tortillas to be delivered for my business for several years from this company. Since the... beginning, their customer service has been the worst I've seen. They do not come in a timely manner, nor do they even block awindow of time to have the product delivered. Basically, they come when it is convenient for them, not convenient for mybusiness nor myself in running it. Recently, they set up a specific day that they will only be in specific areas, I signed upfor Friday, which was fine by me. At least I was getting a day! But, instead of coming on Friday, they came on Wednesday andthen had the audacity to question why I was unavailable to drop everything and allow them to deliver the product. When I spokewith the driver, he said "why don't you just order from someone else, I'm the boss here, and I can do whatever I want". I spokewith the supposed manager/owner at the company, and was given a similar response. It's too bad, I'm happy with the product, butI will never do business with them again. Read more
